Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Microprocessor based Intelligent, soft addressable, ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved ), ethernet ready fire alarm control panel, with each loop capable of taking minimum 120 devices. The panel shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/ fault conditions. The Panel should be able to store minimum 1000 log events in its Memory as per recommended standards.

The panel shall have in-built rectifier, Loop cards, interface card for connecting external serial printer, 4 line, 40 charecter/line alphanumeric LCD unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects, in built Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24 V capable of running for 24 hours normal working or capable of operating the system for 2 hours during alarm condition, with integral battery charger complete as required. The panel shall have extra loop card to serve as stand by in case of burntout or malfunctioning of any operating loop cards. The FACP shall be capable of being networked with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through ethernet (LAN). The panel should have necessary Ethernet card installed in it for bidirectional communication with 3rd party BMS/Scada and 3rd party public address system. All necessary memory map (incl. device address) should be provided. Minimum 4 potential free spare contacts should be provided with the panel. The system must be preloaded with licenced software. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Addressable Relay Modules (VDS / UL & FM approved) for switching / integration of Lift / AHU etc complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED type Response Indicator ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved) having red coloured LED lamps including connections etc.( Approved Make: Esser/Cerberus Pro/Secutron/ Notifer / Edward / Bosch / Apollo / Morley / System Sensor /Johnson Controls/ Securiton ).

Supply & Laying of 2 Core 1.5 sq.mm FRLS shielded copper Cable (For Loop) (Make. Finolex / Polycab / RR Kabel) with 20 mm NB PVC rigid conduit pipe(Make: Precisson-Medium) on the surface of the wall.

Supply & Laying of 2 Core 2.5 sq.mm FRLS shielded copper Cable (For Loop) (Make. Finolex / Polycab / RR Kabel ) with 20 mm NB PVC rigid conduit pipe(Make: Precisson/Polycab-Medium-FR) on the surface of the wall.

NOTE : 1. The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- 1. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. 2. IS 2189 3. NFPA 70 National Electric Code 4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code 5. local Statutory Regulations 6. Manufacturer Recommendation.

TESTS: 1.The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system under active monitoring of OEM. 2. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per above standards must be done. Before taking up the work necessary building drawing/ floor plan with layout should be prepared and to be approved from the fire safety Cell of PWD according to the prevailing fire safety policy. After commissioning, necessary testing to be done in presence of fire safety cell.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales channel so that the standard warranty/supprot of the Manufacturer/OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer/OEM/authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
