M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified colored tiles of size n.exc. 0.36 Sqm as in floors over 15 mm hick screed in CM 1:6 jointed in neat cement slurrry and pointed in white cement sluurry to match the shade of existing surfaces.(Note:The contractor shall have no claim on difference what so ever on shade /colour of tile).(Note:- Rates for the work as in repair of chowkhats , GI Tubings or in patches area (n.exc. 5 Sqm) deemed to be included in the item contractor shall not claim extra payment for the same)

Ditto all as per Serial item 59 above but with 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as on vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceremic tiles white 450X300mmX7mm thick coloured,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured to match colour matching with floor tiles as on vertical surfaces laid over 10mm thick cement screed in 1:4.(Note:- Rates for the work as in repair of chowkhats , GI Tubings or in patches area (n.exc. 5 Sqm) deemed to be included in the item contractor shall not claim extra payment for the same)

Sand stone slab 25-35 mm thick set jointed and pointed self faced punched dressed laid as in plinth protection laid over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 108.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.
