Dismantling brick tiles in roof top laid bedded & pointed in any mortar and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed.

Disposal of removed/demolished soil/materials exc 1.50 km but n. exc 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over sand stone provided for chajjah & water tank staging etc and similar work including all necessary use & waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as followes: - (a) Preparation of roof surfaces by brushing, cleaning and M&L 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ manufacturers instruction. (b) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/Sqm (c) Applying a hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm (d) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sqm will be laid over applied bitumen. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and sand in confirming to Zone II in dry condition will be dusted over the bitumen @1.00 Kg/Sqm Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

M&L brick tiles 40 mm thick laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and jointed in CM 1:3 with linced oil @ 5% by weight of cement. After laying the brick tiles the work shall be cured with water by ponding all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but except bricks tiles. Old serviceable tiles recovered from item No 1 will be re-used.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed but except brick. Note:- Bricks obtained from item No 11 shall be reused after cleaning.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ mfr instrs by weight of cement finished fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on wall over a coat of priming paint including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out grass and under growth/bushes etc from roof tops and removing outside the MOD land and cleaning the surface using wire brushing and racking out joints of brick tiles and applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per sqm all as specified & as directed.

M & L cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar superfacial area exc 150 Sqcm but n exc 400 sqcm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the roots of trees from the brick walls/stone wall made in cm exc half and not exc one brick thick and making good the disturbed surfaces including coating of paving hot bitumen to arrest further growth of the roots including repair existing surfaces with cm 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for removing, shifting & refixing 110mm rain water mouths from the roof by removing existing connections, making holes in appropriate places and fixing in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in positionin 500 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanized including fittings and fixed to walls, ceilings, floors or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed

Refixing old steel water tubing 20 mm dia with and including new GI fittings and connected to new or old positions of walls, ceilings, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight - 210 gm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight - 210 gm) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel joist channel angle or tee sections fixed independently with out connecting plates etcof grade fe-410-0 & fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed..

S&F 5.0 cm thick sand stone slabs in sun shades, chajjas, shelves, roof slabs etc n.exc. 2m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
