Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each of any type steel/wooden all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each of any tpye steel/wooden all as specified.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with particle board core, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing (colour & pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube S&F in opening as per specification and drgs, complete all as specified.

S&F for fixing in repairs 3 mm thick sheet glass of selected quality and make conforming to IS: 2835 in wooden/ steel-windows/ ventilator including cutting to required size, bedding & fixing by Oil Putty & glazing clips or beads/ Neoprene/ EPDM rubber gasket/ Steel sleve or collar or rebate (as the case may be) including necessary wooden/ aluminium glazing beads, screws, clips, distance pieces, polysulphate sealent where ever required in bldg, including hacking out old sheet glass complete all as specified. Note : Item will be used for replacement of glass in window panes at Building hight upto 10 m. Cost includes for making enough arrangements for manpowers (labours)/ Tools (ladder etc.) for this item. No claims in this regard will be entertained during currency of work.

S&F for fixing in repairs18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work 25mm wide, 6mm thick 2nd class HW lipping on edges including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window/ventilator 1.25 mm thick Box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60 mm x 25 mm single rebated comprises glazed and gauzed skelton shutter EWR sec 50 mm x 20 mm and 1 mm thick and two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bar of T- section 20 mm x 3 mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of EWRR box type T- section of size 60 mm x 25 mm and 1.25 mm thick including cuttings holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 four Nos for each window including following fittings welded to failed shutters (Hold fasts 150 mm long of 12 mm x 3 mm made to shape-04 nos per window. (b) Handle of Z sec 20 mm x 25 mm, 100 mm long-1 Nos of leaf (c) MS tower bolt 150 mm long 02 Nos per leaf. (d) Z sec 20 mm x 25 mm , 100 long of hollow square 15 mm x 20 mm x 63 mm welded to hinges – 01 Nos per leaf (f) MS pintal hinges of size 75mm x 12 mm -02 Nos per lear (g Fabrication and fixing arrangement as per drawing including taking down of old u/s window. Note: Glass and painting shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Ditto as per description of item No 7 above but in gauzed shutters without sash bars all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F for fixing in repairs hot dip galvanised mild steel wire conforming to IS : 4826 cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed in wooden/steel windows/ ventilator including cutting to required size, in Wooden/ Steel sleve or collar or rebate (as the case may be) including with necessary wooden/ screws, clips, tinned tacks where ever required in bldg upto hight 10 m, each panes complete all as specified. Note: Item will be used for replacement of window panes in window panes at Building hight upto 10 m. Cost includes for making enough arrangements for manpowers (labours)/ Tools (ladder etc.) for this item. No claims in this regard will be entertained during currency of work.

S&F 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified.
