REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE / RESURFACING TO CERTAIN ROADS AND HELIPAD AT VAYUSENA NAGAR, NAGPUR UNDER GE (AF) NAGPUR

Material and Labour Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all dirts etc and then applying evely a priming/ tack coat with VG-10 bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam not exceeding 50mm deepand surface in are not exec 400 sqm

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10.0 Kg per 10 Sq meter paving bitumen over WBM surface

Material and labour for repairs to unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc., by filling premixed bituminous macadam using VG-30 paving bitumen @ 4% by weight to total mix in unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc .laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75 mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exec 10 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and by applying tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq m putting in premixed bituminous macadum well ramed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.9 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, bider and chippings), depth of pot holes, n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick and 100 mm in width as in lines, dashes, arrows etc with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint. White/ Yellow by indegenous modern propelled road marking machine including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers etc complete.

Material and Labour for moorum/ red bajari filling in pavers and paving, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete complete and all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface in walls, softits, facia roof or any other concrete surface like helipad, hardstanding etc and applying two coats of weather proof premium acrylic based emulsion paint (100% acrylic) as per manufacture instructons etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade and pattern of the colour to be approved by GE.

Material and labour for old brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description ove 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
