Dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal pump set couple type three phase 415 volts, 3/5HP at suitable for chiller line/ condensing line Compressor etc of any model/Make, strip opening and taking out of rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator winding without damage to stator body, rewinding the electric motor by super enameled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves, varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor to its full load capacity at desired RPM/torque after coupling with pump set etc including transportation to civil workshop and alignment in same vice -versa complete after replacing accessories as under: -: - (a) Gland bush, studs, nuts & washers (b) Ball bearing of pump set (c) Re-melting grinding and polishing of pump shaft as per existing size and shape complete. Opening the upper sheet and side sheet of AHU’s of the following plants for access to cooling coil, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling coil externally with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing of air filters and re-fixing AHU of AC plant of capacity for AC plant 22 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, install, balance and commission in replacement of galvanised steel sheet metal 22 gauge round or rectanglular ducting of following sheet thickness having zinc coating of 160 g/sqmm total on both sides, hangers, MS angle supports/bracing frame etc. & HVAC duct construction standards metal and flexible of SMACNA along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all specified and directed.

S&F 80mm bore galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked with all fittings including fixing arrangements on hill (stones, etc) required to be laid on hill top chauhtan for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/ laid in trenches/fixed on stones, etc. as cable protection including taking down old/unserviceable GI pipe with fittings compete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level ,connected to and including copper earth strip 20X3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock strata and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I complete with the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil/rock strata. (b) PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, Pre-cast RCC cover with CI frame with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 40 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade protection pipe for protection of earthing lead and earth lead, each 7.5m long complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. Note:- Copper strip and 40mm GI protection pipe upto 7.5m each shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance. (iii) Tibba sand shall be shall be used by the contractor after filling of salt and charcoal for earthing.

S&F in replacement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size any description including stretching on over head lines on HT/ LT poles including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire including jumpering the over head line, jointing, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement galvanised stay assembly complete with 20mm dia stay rod including stay starnd 7/4mm fixed for stay of poles including GI nuts, two numbers thimbles MS clamps made out of 50mmx6mm flat iron including MS nuts bolts and washers 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS stay plate, stay bow of size 40cm long 16mm dia, loop type insulator including painting the exposed MS work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect in replacement of prestressed concrete pole, 9.0metres long, 102mmx172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, including replacement of unserciveable/broken PCC poles and painting of pole upto 1.5 m of height from coping level with alternative black and white strip of width not less than 0.3m and Writing pole No with with black or white colour by means of stencils complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect in replacement of prestressed concrete pole, 11.0metres long, 152mmx152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, including replacement of unserciveable/broken PCC poles and painting of pole upto 1.5 m of height from coping level with alternative black and white strip of width not less than 0.3m and Writing pole No with with black or white colour by means of stencils complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hardrock, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation of poles, laying of cables, laying of pipes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 39 above, but exc 1.5m and not exc 3.0m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (rock ) to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MS Cross arms , bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT Lightning Arrestor 12 KV, normal discharge current of 10 KA station class including jumpering, lead of wire/cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Danger notice plate for LT 440 Volt of size 25cm x 15cm x 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones and wtitten as "DANGER" in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of MS flat 25mm x 3mm, including nuts & bolts, including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified. Note:- New oil required for toping oil levels or for replacement maint shall be measured and paid separately.
