Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide & n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying under ground cables/erection of pole and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item no.1 above but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus material (Soil) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe light grade100 mm dia as protection to cable along the pole / across road crossing/through culvert/passing through ceiling/walls with necessary clamps-02 nos(Flat iron 50x6mm) with ,nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv/damaged PCC/steel pole complete with all accessories incl demolition of concrete with necessary excavation and earth work incl site clearance, complete all as specified and directed.

(Note :- The reassembling element covers the assembling of parts not to be changed whereas for the rest it shall be the part of the item being replaced.) (Cost of transportation of transformer is deemed to be included in rate)

M&L rewinding of transformer of any capacity HT/LT coils using the same gauge of super enameled copper winding wire and replacing the old paper tape insulation, necessary insulation packing’s/ paper insulation etc with replacement of crap tape, prosen sheet, silphase brazing rod, HT block, LT block etc are included, complete all as specified and directed. (Note –The coil replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge, insulation value matching as per manufacture’s design. Measurement shall be made of winding wire consumed.)

Supply and fill up transformer oil as in topping up/refilling of transformer having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS-335 by heating up and after filtration complete all as directed. Make: Servo/Transol/Sawita
