Job Description (Auto Changeover Oxygen Manifold System – MGPS): Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a fully automatic medical oxygen manifold system with auto changeover functionality to ensure uninterrupted oxygen supply in the hospital's MGPS network. The system shall consist of two oxygen sources (e.g., PSA plant and high-pressure cylinder bank) connected via inlet headers to a common outlet, integrated with pressure regulators, non-return valves (NRVs), isolation valves, and high-precision pressure gauges/transducers. The auto changeover unit shall automatically switch from the primary to secondary source without manual intervention when pressure drops below set limits. The system includes a control panel with LED/digital indicators, and a local or remote audio-visual alarm system for pressure status (high/low/normal) as per ISO 7396-1:2016 and HTM 02-01 standards. Delivery pressure shall be regulated between 4.2 to 5.0 bar, suitable for patient care areas. All pipeline connections and regulators shall be CE-marked and BIS/ISI-certified. The job includes mounting on MS stand or wall, complete leak testing, demonstration, and handover with user training.
