Supply/Fitting/Fabrication of material for Upgradation of existing sub Divisional store alongwith allied electromechanical works at Ujh Barrage

Supply/Fitting/Fabrication of material to shed structure of sub divisional store installed at Ujh barrage by way of Dismantling damaged/worn-out corrugated G.S sheets including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc. 1000 sqft and stacking the material within 50 meters lead. Supply and fitting galvanized corrugated iron sheets for 1000 sqft area, 0.63 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 275 grams per sqm, roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing & Fixing corrugated GI sheets (0.63 mm thick) in vertical position to cover roof joint gaps, including cutting, fixing, etc. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Job includes Cleaning and Removal of termite eaten wooden dust/debris (accumulated upto 2 ft. height) from entire shed floor area & entire rack area with all shelves, including manual collection, shifting and stacking, reuseable material inside the shed as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Job also includes painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer after preparing surface area of 3000 sqft. Complete job includes supply and fitting charges, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable.
