Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc.,

the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. b)For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers, raft beam, raft slab etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS Rods for all RCC works including bending, tying grills and placeing in position including cost of steel, binding wire etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc.

and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in Sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per MORTH specification 406 IV Revision

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) Grade - III by providing close graded Material of size 46.5 mm to 26.5mm, 26.5mm to 4.75mm and 4.75mm below conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Paving with Rubber Moulded hydraulically pressed cement concrete paver block with pattern design of 50% colour and 50% Plain of 83 mm of approved quality and colour, over the sand filling to full depth 5 cm of slab perfectly and neat finishing the joints, compressing with vibrator. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of paver block, taxes, incidental charges, transportion charges and labour charges for fixing, neat finishing the joints as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification. The paver block should got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Plastering with C.M 1:5 (1 of Cement and 4 of MSand) 12mm thick with M sand for plastering including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface . Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification No.803

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/ sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. ELECTRICAL

Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of whether proof CRCA sheet steel powder coated MCCB Outdoor Panel Board, made up of 2mm powder coated, including bus bar provision of double door with industrial lock with Multifunction Meter 1no and Main 1no 160A 4Pole MCCB I/C, 2nos of 63A 4Pole MCCB's and 2nos of 32A 4Pole MCCB's for O/G with suitable copper bus bar (33x6mm) having three phase Multifunction meter with line indicators for erecting the indoor panel board complete etc., The above panel board is to be erected on Anchor fastners, bolts and nuts for mounting the Indoor Panel etc. complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 16 Meter high mast shaft and ring frame suitable for fixing 8 Nos of Flood light fitting. The entire shaft and ring frame is totally hot dip galvanised and the thickness of the shaft is suitable for withstanding the wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The mast shafts shall be in two finished sections. Foundation with M30 Concrete:- Earth Work Excavation at length, width and depth of 8ft x 8ft x 8 ft (8 Cu.ft) and considate the soil at initial stage. Construction of single mat (with minimum of 6mm dia rod) and concrete the base structure at a depth of 1 feet using M30 grade concrete (for excavated length and breadth of 8 meter) in the excavated area. Along with this base mat extend with centering slabs for highmast footing for 10 feet from the mat with suitable dimention (1 Cu.meter of foundation is exposed in the ground) considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 11 T / sq. mtr. and deposting on banks with initial lead of hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B and as directed by departmental officers. Supply and fixing of foundation bolts with minimum of 1.25 Meter length manufactured from special steel along with necessary nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc..

Earthing (Two Nos):- Supply and installation of earth pipe electrode as per IS 3043 complete with 3mtr long with 40mm dia 'B' class G.I. pipe Including 750mm x 750mm x 3mtr long excavation and construction of 850mm x 850mm x 300 mm high brick wall chamber with cement mortar. The chamber shall be provided with 450mm x 450mm x 10mm cast iron / RCC cover with frame and lockable facility. The plate electrode shall be filled with alternate layer of salt and charcoal as required full depth.
