M & L for laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm 3½ core including necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ±1% and speed of correction 6 Volts per second and of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32X6 by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I connected to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earthwork, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to eqpt/sub stn , adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia bar 4 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe up to equipment max length 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for washed river dry sand cushioning in trenches 80mm thick before laying the cable and 150mm thick after laying the cable including spreading levelling and hard punning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of 18cm shall be measure and paid.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' bricks covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in trenches of 80 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation and testing of submersible pump set of capacity 5HP for deep bore well having discharge 180LPS of 50mm bore outlet pipe at head 72 mtr suitable for existing delivery pipe of 50 mm bore GI pipe with star delta connection at voltage 415v (+5%&-10%)and frequency 50HZ +/-3% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation and testing of submersible pump set of capacity 17.5HP for deep bore well having discharge 120LPS of 50mm bore outlet pipe at head 331 mtr of RPM 2850-2890 suitable for existing delivery pipe of 50 mm bore GI pipe with star delta connection at voltage 415v (+5%&-10%) and frequency 50HZ +/-3% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation and testing of submersible pump set of capacity 35HP for deep bore well having discharge 500LPS of 50mm bore outlet pipe at head 223 mtr, suitable for existing delivery pipe of 50 mm bore GI pipe with star delta connection at voltage 415v (+5%&-10%) and frequency 50HZ +/-3% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 16 Sqmm, 3 Core, flat submersible Cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with multi-stranded copper conductors, 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and installation of Reverse Osmosis Plant of out put capacity of 200 Litres per hour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including S&F of following parts to the specifications :- (a) RO plant in full SS iron frame with digital panel. (b) Media softener and carbon filter in FRP vessel - 02. (c) Big Blue Sediment Filter - 01. (d) Anti-scalant Dozing pump - 01. (e) High Rejection RO membrane - 01. (f) UV Chamber - 01. (g) SS Pumpset - 02. (h) TDS valve adjuster -01. (j) Mineral cartridge -01. (k) PH/H2O Sterilizer. (l) 500 Ltr Stainless Steel storage tank.

Supply hoisting and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 3 layered including hoisting and fixing in position either inside or outside of building, connecting upto pipes, securing access covers etc, (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisting in position of capacity 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps, on independent board with cables 4 sq. mm size including earthing wire of 4sqmm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cables with Copper conductor unsheathed cable of size 2 x 6 sqmm drawn through in and including PVC Concealed conduit with 1 x 6 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core for continuous earthing complete including PVC conduit 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two run of single core PVC insulated cable with Copper conductor unsheathed cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single run for measurement and p[ayment purpose.

M&L for 20mm bore pipe, galvanised iron medium grade complete with all fittings laid in trenches, jointed tested and commissioned complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm bore pipe, galvanised iron medium grade complete with all fittings laid in trenches, jointed tested and commissioned complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Gun Metal gate or globe valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete of bore 20mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 8 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 protection with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting on wall and making good including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts "B" series capacity of 06 to 32 Amps, 10kA and making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCB, SPN (single pole neutral), AC, 240 volts, B series capacity 32 Amps 10kA and making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
