Supplying, installaling , testing and commissioning of completely factory (OEM) assembled water cooled scroll package unit 8.75 TR micro processor controlled modern based technology factory assembled packaged type to maintain inside temperature 24 ± 2 oC relative humidity 25% to 60%. Model-ACDPU Make –Voltas, (a) Micro processor controlled modern technology based, scroll hermetically sealed unit multi circuit compressor 8.75 TR Packaged type nominal cooling capacity 8.75 TR , Refrigerant Eco friendly R-407c. (b) Shell & Tube type water cooled condenser. (c) A bank of ordinary mesh air filter having Dust filtration level down up to 10 micron with efficiency of 99.9%. (d) Inbuilt suitable blower of suitable capacity driven by squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Volt including evaporator, expansion valve, strainer LP/HP cut out, thermostat, humidistat, with run type equalization auto reset after power failure, inbuilt thermal pressure relief valve and digital micro control type in quit control panel suitable for inside condition 24°C ± 2°C and inbuilt refrigerant carrying copper piping line network of suitable size. (e)with suitable size of cable, laid upto main control panel in trenches/on walls/in duct including earth connections.

Supply and fixing cooling tower of 20 TR capacity model no.-5021 to match the AC plant, induced draft type made of fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) casting bottle shape/rectangular construction complete with a direct driven axial flow fan with low noise level mounted on top to give vertical discharge, FRP water basin, float valve including necessary work for inter connections with GI pipe medium grade, gun metal valves and electric connection of fan motor (2 HP) with suitable size of cable, laid upto main control panel in trenches/on walls/in duct including earth connections. The supporting structure shall be made of brick masonry/ PCC(height 1.5 meter above ground) duly plastered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installaling , testing and commissioning of complete Heating system using strip heaters of 3 KW in ducts/AHU room suitable for designed capacity of AC plant controlled from main control panel with a provision of local isolation for the ease of maintenance alongwith all accessories and electrical connection complete.

Supplying, installaling , testing and commissioning of Duct Damper mounted in supply air duct, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Canvas connecter with GI boundary for above mention Package unit, complete all as specified as directed

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning GI ducting made of 22 gauge PGI sheet including support for fixing on wall from entry Package unit to conditioned space complete with and including GI frame & alteration in existing ducting System, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of In-Line Fan forward belt drive of Capacity 8000 CFM, with flame Proof Induction motor of 5HP,1400 RPM roof mounted having outer body insulated Single Skin 24 gauge sheet for Return air ducting to accommodate in existing duct & air conditioning System, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design specification shall be submitted by Contractor for approval, prior to placement of order by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & jointing of LT cable 1100 volt, Aluminium 3.5 core 4 Sqmm for interlocking of AC plant with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire and including stove enameled conduit and fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & jointing of LT cable 1100 volt, Aluminium 3.5 core 16 Sqmm for interlocking of In-line fan with existing LT panel including 50mm dia. HDPE pipe laid on wall/ceiling/ducts complete with fittings required for same, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 pole MPCB with DOL starter suitable for 5 hp motor with contactor, 0/L relay with single phase preventer suitable for motor with ON/OFF indicator lamps & push buttons switch,potential free contacts for remote operation complete with panel box, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for condenser water piping system for complete layout comprising of following size as per designed condition MS pipes fittings for connections between make up water tank cooling towers, condensers and cooling water pumps for circulation of condensed water for the system along with butter fly valve, balancing valve, NRV, Y-strainer, thermometer, pressure gauge, brass /gun metal gate valves all as per mentioned below:-

80 mm bore.

50 mm bore.

Butterfly valves for 50 mm bore.

Balancing valve for 50mm bore.

Butterfly valve for 80mm bore.

Pressure Gauges.

Thermometer.

Civil work for Foundation/addition,alteration/demolition of all the equipments (Package Unit,Cooling tower,IN-line fans, ducts, pipes etc.) as per requirement & manufacturer’s recommendations and Making opening in the walls for cables, pipes lines,ducts etc, and making them good, complete all as specified and as directed.

Structural steel work for supporting In-Line Fans, water pipes, ducts,make up and drain water pipes,cooling tower made out of rolled steel structures (such as flat, channels, MS round bars, angles, nuts and bolts etc.) including painting with two coats of oil paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Any modification required for successful operation of plant are deemed to be included in overall rates quoted.Contractor has to upload the Certificate that it has physically seen/Check the above site prior to quoting the rate and no claim on this account are admissible after the receipt of tender.
