Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work – by mechanical means – depth upto 3m (Ordinary Soil).

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for drain bottom slab, side wall excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Providing hoisting and fixing precast R.C.C cover slabs for drain (upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80m and varying thickness from 100mm to 200mm including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement punning on the exposed surfaces but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). The rate is inclusive of all taxes.
