Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates andcrushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser), applying bonding agent at construction joint if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing (made perfectly plane and levelled for placing SS lining by grinding etc), curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications at all levels.

Providing and fixing at all levels precast members using cement concrete of Grade M-30 in copings and / or bed blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, staircases, trench covers, drain covers etc. including hoisting and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement will be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing in position 50 mm thick Joint filler board of Approved make in expansion joints to the required size and shape, placing and keeping in position complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 50 mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/ Cu.m weght Wrapped in 200 micron thickness Polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works/ around openings in wall accomodating duct, complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials.

Fixing in position in RCC / masonry/ form work mild steel or stainless steel fabricated embedded parts supplied by the Department including transporting from the departmental stores, aligning / welding fixing in position, providing necessary supporting arrangements etc complete all as per drawings and specifications at all levels and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Weighing Up to 100 kg.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge :Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth up to Floor-II level in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using approved Rubble stone in foundation and plinth in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing below ground level / plinth level, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing (BOX TYPE) on horizontal surfaces at all levels / depths as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and consisting of (1) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified Rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of C.M 1:3 (using River sand / Manufactured Sand) mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS : 2645 in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer over levelling course, (Levelling course to be paid for separately) Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with waterproofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick C.M 1:3 (using river sand / Manufactured Sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions.
