Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic flooring tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of commercial quality conforming to IS :15622, of approved make ( Somany / Nitco / Johnson) in colours white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin, rafter and truss etc.,

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / Birla) of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Applying two coats of cement based polymer modified bonding admixture (FOSROC or equivalent) over the existing RCC members after removing the plastering and cleaning the concrete surfaces and saturated with clean water. The cost including all materials labour charges.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white vitreous china anglet back wash basin size 600x480 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing - circular shape 450 mm dia.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete (Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.) - 25 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step ASTM solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints complete (External work) - 50 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Constructing masonry chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1.4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I.surface box 100 mm top diametre, 160mm bottom diametre and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and in side plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design - with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
