Dismantling and removing old U/S compressor sealed unit of Scroll Type Compressor carefully and supply, installation, testing new sealed Compressor unit of capacity 12.5 TR Model No SZ185S4RC of Make Blue Star/ Danfoss or equivalent complete with all standard accessories as per existing model installed at AC plant Complete all as specidfied and as directed. Note:- (i) Sealed unit shall be purchased from authorised dealers/agents (ii) Cost of labour, fixing & T & P shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary electrical check i.e. checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly. (iv) Before opening/ dismantling the compressor the Refrigerant gas to be taken in empty cylinder by the help Ice or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of 20mm Automatic Air Vent valve made out brass suitable to purge out the trapped air in the water pipe line Complete all as specidfied and as directed.

Supply , instalation , testing and commissioning of Mercury in glass industrial thermometer in SS-304 casing with 0.50°C least count, range 0-50°C. Brass oil filled thermowell of size as per site condition and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement gland packing in 7.5/10/12.5 HP pump set Superior quality including replacement of damaged nut / bolt and washer as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement gland packing in 1.5/3.0/5.0 HP pump set Superior quality including replacement of damaged nut / bolt and washer as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Dismantling electrically and mechanicall seal electric motor any size, dismantling part, taking out unserviceable bearing including supply and replacement of new bearing, reassembling, reinstallation and testing the following size all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) ball bearing 6305/6306/6308 or suitable size

(b) ball bearing 6203/6204 or suitable size

Material and Labour for spray painting to Central AC Plant complete system of capacity 15 to 100 TR complete comprising of chiller unit, compressors, motors, condensor, cooling tower and cooling tower pumps, pump / monoblocks, HWG, HWG Pump & motor, Cooling tower stands, MS / GI pipe lines of various sizes etc after preparation of old painted surface as per colour code and marking arrow, SM/ MES Nos, of approved colour complete all as directed by the Engr-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the HWG Tank on the heating element and pipe, circulating the descaling solution in the pipe through the circulating pump and allows holding it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction. Ensure that descaling process has been completed , circulate clean water in the pipe continue till satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge testing complete of capacity upto 100 Kilowatt

Supply and fixing in possition Heavy duty hot dip galvanised powder coated cable trunking perforated type without cover of the sizes 300 mm wide x 50 mm wall height cable tray for supporting 1100 Volts grade armoured/ unarmoured aluminium/ copper conductor cables, fabrication from angle and perforated 2mm (14 SWG) thick M.S. CRCA sheet powder coated with expansion coupler plates duly galvanised, with bolts, washer and nuts, knock out holes for cable connections as per approved disign. the tray shall comply with the specification of NEC (National Electric Codes) and NEMA ( National Electric Manufacturers Association) the steel shall be as per IS: 226 and galcanising as per IS: 2629/BS 729/ASTM 123 including taking down of existing cable of carefully and fixing the cable on cable tray complete Note :- 1)Painting the support structure with two coats of red oxide and two coats of enamel colour paint of approved shed shall be included in the quoted rates.. 2)All material shall be Hot dip galvanised (86 micron Zinc thickness min.) as per IS and specifications. 3)Tying of cables with cable trays with proper dressing and connection of cable from panel and equipment with suitable thimble, gland and lugs shall be included in the quoted rates. 4)Structural steel required for cable tray support will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing cable tray/bus bar fixing supports and other steel work including MS flats, angles, T iron, channel etc. cutting drilling holes/welding in MS members as per the site requirements, duly painted the supports with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, including provision of dash fasteners and other fixing accessories complete all as specified.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 200 mm dia preinsulated flexible duct made out of galvanised iron duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium foil on outer surface with end clamps including fixing arrangment into dehumidifiers outlet and building structure and making suitable opening in wall to fix properly. Box type collar with MS jali shall be provided in the building outlet.

Material and Labour for replacement of unserviceable pot strainer 80/100mm including replacement of unserviceable rusted nut bolts, washers, & gasket, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of HP/LP cut-out switch with male / female connector of AC plant as per existing make, model & type including its control wiring as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Replacement of old unserviceable pressure relief valve of condenser 3/8" BSP threaded suitable for 300 PSI including control wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for replacement of worn-out crankcase heaters of compressor including its control wiring as per existing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in repairs Strip heater finned 2 inch wide aluminised steel fins of 415 volt 1.5 to 3 KW capacity to match with the existing including control wiring with fibre glass copper wire, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Bakelite connector as per site requirement 6 Amp to 35 Amp, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Single phase preventor type SPP VSPD-2 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Nitrogen leak test for entire system of the AC plant of Capacity upto 100 TR with Nitrogen gas. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to stop the leakage permanently, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of filter drier capacity as per site requirement for chiller as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Charging of refrigerant gas R- 407c/ R134/R22 /R-410 in sealed cylinder after making system leak proof complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Refrigerant gas will be issued by department under Schedule 'B'

Servicing of cooling coils and air filters of AHUs installed at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing ack after cleaning with air blower and water and cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scale gun or equivalent chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straighten the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity upto 10000 CFM.

Servicing of cooling coils and air filters of AHUs installed at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing ack after cleaning with air blower and water and cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scale gun or equivalent chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straighten the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity 10000 CFM to 20000 CFM.

Supply and fix filter regenerable coarse type, dust proof for following sizes:- (a) AHU filter of size 60cm x 60 cm x5 cm

(b) AHU filter of size 60cm x 50 cm x 5 cm

(c) AHU filter of size 60cm x 40 cm x 5 cm

(d) AHU filter of size 60cm x 30 cm x 5 cm

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve of capacity 5 TR and model as per site requirement for keep a constant superheat or refrigerant level situation in refrigeration system based on evaporator outlet temperature and pressure.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve of capacity 12.5 TR and model as per site requirement for keep a constant superheat or refrigerant level situation in refrigeration system based on evaporator outlet temperature and pressure.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve of capacity 21/22 TR and model as per site requirement for keep a constant superheat or refrigerant level situation in refrigeration system based on evaporator outlet temperature and pressure.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/ main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required.
