Work on widening and strengthening the Delhi Yamunotri road (SH) in Saharanpur district from km 167.50 to km 193.00 as four lanes and from km 193.00 to 207.00 as two lanes with paved shoulders.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge. (including royality and 7.0 Km cartage)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing laying spereading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrisge of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform single layer on slub base/subgrafe and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Mecadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an avearge output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitminous binder @ 4.5% by waight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as as per MORTH &H specifications clauses 507 complete in all respects.(Grade-II)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous cocnrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver fixisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificiation clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scraped material to a distance of 30 meters (100 ft.) as directed by Enginer-in-charge. For small area for big area as per MORTH or MORD (S.I.No. 772)
