Repair to following parts of Almirah Large steel (FD-67M FD-1031 FD 1033):-

Removing of old unserviceable 3 way locking device complete of almirah large steel and S&F new 3 way locking device made to shape as required and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of existing old locks of almirah large steel and S&F new locks of 5 lever with duplicate keys and fixing in proper functional position as original shape all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make RAINA/REENA/BAJRANG

Removing of existing old unserviceable handles including necessary nut,bolts,washer etc. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out existing shelves and refixing in position including necessary nuts,bolts,washers,clips etc for almirah large steel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of almirah large steel and S&F new legs made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing of existing old unserviceable shelves of almirah large steel and S&F new shelves made of 1 mm thick MS Sheet made to shape by using suitable nuts and bolts and fixing clips and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIR TO DOLLOWING PARTS OF ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL (FD-1032 FD-243)

Removing of old unserviceable 3 way locking device complete of almirah medium steel and S&F new 3 way locking device made to shape as required and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of existing old locks of almirah medium steel and S&F new lock of 5 lever with duplicate keys and fixing in proper functional position as original shape all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Make: RAINA/REENA/BAJRANG

Removing of old unserviceable legs of almirah medium steel and S&F new legs made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in Charge

REPAIR TO FOLLOWING PARTS OF LOCKER STEEL (FD-257 FD-1029)

Removing of old broken /unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F new conduit pipe of size 20 mm dia and 1.6 mm thick with appropriate bracket of steel made to shape as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of old deshaped/broken steel shelf and S&F new MS steel shelf of 1 mm thick MS sheet and fixing it in proper functional position as original shape by using suitable rivets and fixing cleats by providing two coats of OG paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Removing of old broken /unserviceable existing hasp and staples, handles of Locker steel and S&F new hasp and staples of size 75x30x2 mm handle mild steel chromium plated made to shape all as shown on drg directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of old/unserviceable legs of locker steel and S&F new legs made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of OG paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOLLOWING PARTS OF TABLE STEEL 900X900X760 MM (FD-1009)

Removing of u/s top and S&F new top 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked teak finish on one side and other white make Novapan/Bhutan Board/Kitply/Decco/Mysore with 4 mm thick T.W beading all around the table steel 900x900x760 mm

Removing existing unserviceable parts of table 900x900x760 mm steel and S&F new parts made of square pipe of 25mmx25mm and 1.6 mm thickness by running welding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Description all as per item No 7(a) here in before but replacement of rubber shoe with S&F new rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable size complete all as directed by EIC

REPAIR TO FOLLOWING PARTS OF CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYWOOD TOP (FD-220)

Removing of unserviceable plywood top and supply and fixing 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWR plywood ISI marked make Kit ply/Green ply/Duro and fixing same with two nos of flat iron strip of size 900x32x5 mm bolts nuts and washers bolts of size 5x65mm 12 nos round head bolts after drilling the three holes of each long rail and drilling two hole on each short rail and two hole in flat iron complete all as directed including tightening of loose frame/fixing loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing complete all as per specified and as direction by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of unserviceable elbow of charpoy GI pipe and S&F three way GI elbow 32 mm medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of unserviceable check nut of GI charpoy and S&F new check out32 mm bore 10 mm thick suitable for charpoy GI pipe 32 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Removing the thread less /broken long rails from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm and S&F new long rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.88 mm long threaded at both ends and fixed to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia and all as shown on drawing (GI pipe make TATA/JINDAL)

Taking out existing old broken long rail from Charpoy GI 32 mm dia and providing in position 1 Nos short rails made out of broken long rail obtained from taking down above item including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg (Note:u/s check nuts to be replaced in above item and measured and paid as supply only under relevant items

Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32 mm dia and providing 01 No new legs in position made out of old broken short rail obtained from taking down above item and S&F 3 mm thick and 40 mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and two nos MS clamp made out of 25x3 mm size FI welded legs including threading on top and painting of clamp with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening of joints of GI Charpoy 32 mm pipe where repaired and reassembling incl provision at bottom of legs shall be plugged with 3 mm thick mild steel sheet welded to bottom of legs and hard wood plugs shall not be provided.

REPAIR TO FOLLOWING PARTS OF CHARPOY IP HARD TOP:-

Taking out of unserviceable ply wood top from Charpoy IP hard top by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F new 12 mm thick ply wood commercial BWR grade plywood fixed to charpoy IP Hard Top with new nut, bolts.ISI marked make Kit ply/Green ply/Duro as per specified and shown on drg and as direction by Engr-in-charge

Painting all steel surface with existing shade and colour as per approved quality as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hard rubber shoes as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for scrubbing and de-rusting, denting of de-shaped portion and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) over an one coat of primer and including preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Almirah large steel with shelves

Removing unserviceable seats from chair tubular steel with & without arms and S&F 32 mm thick Ist class HW seasoned sheesham wood seat as per existing size and shape fixed with suitable bolts,nuts and washer including polishing and re canning with polythene white cane half round as per IS-5378-1968 1.2 to 2 mm wide and .3 mm thick for seats and 3 to 3.2 mm wide & 0.4 mm thick border including supply of cane complete all as per directed by EIC

All as per srl item No. 8.01 here-in-before but for steel chair back

Taking out unserviceable arms rest from steel chair with arms and supply and fixing chair arms rest with suitable bolts, nuts and washer

S&F in repair hard rubber shoe black 20 mm dia suitable for bottom of steel chair

S&F in repair hard rubber cap black suitable for 20 mm dia at top of steel chair complete

REPAIR TO FOLLOWING PARTS OF TABLE DINING OR'S ALUMINIUM TOP(FD 165 (M)):-

Top shall be 18mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated board one side laminated in light wallnet shade or as approved by GE duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive (Fevicol SH) make of MDF board century/Archid/Green/Actiontesa.
