Overhauling of valves

Charges for overhauling of 150 NB safety valves in steam line and Oil lines in HFO Heaters and Coolers.This works involves removing the valves from the respective lines, Dismantling, cleaning of valve parts, machining of valves seat & disc face if required, lapping, Blue matching of the disc, renewal of gaskets and fasteners, reassembling of valves parts and refixing in the corresponding lines including T&P's required, all consumables, safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Charges for overhauling 150 NB Isolation valve in Heater steam line, 100 NB, 150 NB, 200 NB Butterfly valves in HFO Forwarding pump 1 & 2, HSD Unloading pump 1 & 2 .This works involves removing the valves from the respective lines, Dismantling, cleaning of valve parts, machining of valves seat & disc face if required, lapping, Blue matching of the disc, renewal of gaskets and fasteners, reassembling of valves parts and refixing in the corresponding lines including T&P's required, all consumables, safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Charges Overhauling of 150 NB NRV's of class 1500 for HFO forwarding pumps 1& 2 This works involves removing the valves from the respective lines, Dismantling, cleaning of valve parts, renewal of gaskets and fasteners, reassembling of valves parts and refixing in the corresponding lines and pressure testing for the rated pressure ,including T&P's required, all consumables, safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Charges for overhauling of 250 NB Ball valve /Gate valve in HFO Heaters, HFO forwarding pumps, HFO strainer inlet side This works involves removing the valves from the respective lines, Dismantling, cleaning of valve parts, machining of valves seat & disc face if required, lapping, Blue matching of the disc, renewal of gaskets and fasteners, reassembling of valves parts and refixing in the corresponding lines including T&P's required, all consumables, safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Charges for overhauling of GV.GLV 150 mm / series 1200 control valve Dismantling the valve, Cleaning all the parts of the valves checking the seating surfaces and actuator bearings lapping the gate / seat / Disc / falp forr perfect blue matching. Reassembliing the valve with new bonnet gaskets and gland packing.

Charges for overhauling PT 25 Inverted bucket steam trap in HFO heater heating steam line. This work involves dismantling the internals of the steam trap, cleaning lapping & reassembling and refitting in the corresponding line including T&P's required and consumables safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site as per direction of the Enginner in charge.

Charges for Overhauling air breather valves in HFO / LDO Tanks Top side. This work involves removing the valve from the respective lines, Dismantling, Cleaning of valve parts, cleaning of flame arrestor elements filson filters, sintered mesh type flame and spark arrestor, machining of valves seat & disc face required, lapping of the disc, renewal of gaskets and fasteners, reassembling of valve parts and refixing in the corresponding lines including T&P's required and consumables safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site as per direction of the Enginner in charge.

Charges for Overhauling of HFO Forwarding pumps including the cost of decoupling the pump, removing the suction & Discharge line, removing the pump from the bed, removing the coupling from the pump shaft, Dismantling the pump cartridge assembly from the pump housing, Dismantling the screw set, casing insert liner, Balance bush, Bearings and Mechanical seal form the pump cartridge. Replacement / Reconditioning the wornout internals, Reassembling the pump internals to the cartridge, assembling the cartridge to the pump housing, Fixing the coupling to the pump shaft and Positioning the pump to the Bed, connecting the pump to the suction & Discharge line, Checking the alignment of the pump with the motor, coupling the pump to the motor and carrying out the Trail run including cost of hire charges for special tools required and other T&P required, other Safety appliances etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Charges for Overhauling of HFO Unloading pumps including the cost of decoupling the pump, removing the suction & Discharge line, removing the pump from the bed, removing the coupling from the pump shaft, Dismantling the pump Screw & shaft assembly, Timing gear, Radial shaft seal, Mechanical seal, Relief valve spring and etc., from the pump housing. Replacement / Reconditioning the wornout internals, Reassembling the pump internals to the pump housing, Fixing the coupling to the pump shaft and Positioning the pump to the Bed, connecting the pump to the suction & Discharge line, Checking the alignment of the pump with the motor, coupling the pump to the motor and carrying out the Trail run including cost of hire charges for special tools required and other T&P required, other Safety appliances etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Charges for Overhauling of HSD Forwarding pump including the cost of decoupling the pump, removing the suction & Discharge line, removing the pump from the bed, removing the coupling from the pump shaft, Dismantling the pump cartridge assembly from the pump housing, Dismantling the screw set, casing insert liner, Balance bush, Bearings and Mechanical seal form the pump cartridge. Replacement / Reconditioning the wornout internals, Reassembling the pump internals to the cartridge, assembling the cartridge to the pump housing, Fixing the coupling to the pump shaft and Positioning the pump to the Bed, connecting the pump to the suction & Discharge line, Checking the alignment of the pump with the motor, coupling the pump to the motor and carrying out the Trail run including cost of hire charges for special tools required and other T&P required, all consumables , Safety appliances etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.
