Amount

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed farm yard manure at the site of work as per instructions by the Engineeer- in charge. The Farm yard manure shall be free from earth stone, brick bats and other extraneous stuff. The stacks of F.Y.M. Should be 50 cm in height having volume not less then 3.00 cum. The volume of the stacksshall be reduced by 8% for looseness to arrive at the net quantity for payment including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of sand at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts,as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Rough dressing trenched ground including breaking clods including royalty and carriage upto 100 metres on head load and 1 km by mechanical transport.

Fine dressing the trenched ground including royalty and carriage upto 100 metres on head load and 1 km by mechanical transport.

Planting lawn with Rye grass seeds including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass form a thickturf free from weeds and fit for mowing including supply good earth if needed including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Supplying and planting permanent shrubs in prepared pits and watering of appropriate spices(size of the plants should not be less than of the specified size), including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and Displaying Cyprus Golden 30 to 45 cm ht. well developed good Golden colour foliage, Conial Shape in 25 cm Earthen Pots including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying seasonal well developed with fresh & healthy foliage in full bloom in containerized pot including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
