Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar , including all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation complete all as specified and directed. .

Returing, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each, hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 5 Km out side MoD/Unit land including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination etc. complete all as direction of Engineer-in-charge,

M & L for Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted masonary built in cement mortar 1:6 including hammer dressing all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No 5 but except material , complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone masonry for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing offace beds and joints as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm complete for lime or sand stones, complete all as specified.

M&L Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble stone masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6 , Type C1(20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6 but except Blocks etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6, Type C-1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) and setting in mortar cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge..

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete as directed.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over and including a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) coforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E-250) Quality -A all as specified and directed.

S&F for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, welding work required etc. including provision of winding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description including removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Fixing only Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Supply and Fixing for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frames).

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar exc half brick wall and n.exc one brick wall etc. and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified.

S & F framed work such as doors or gates of angle other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. completes, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging: also festering and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E=250 quality A).

S&F Steel door including projecting type hinges, steel handle, Complete, with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving n exc 15cm thickness(below or above GL)

Demolation of Stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6 , Type C-1(20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:4, complete.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6, Type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:4, but Except blocks etc. complete.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. Gde -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in pathway in layers n. exc 30cm thick each, including watering and consolidation as directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including machine compacted sand cushion all as specified and directed. etc complete.

Supply & Fix machine pressed Pre-cast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment, colour laid over and including machine compacted sand cushion all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre cast cement concrete , 1:2:4 , type B-1(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Kerb stone with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in CM (1:4) complete with joints to match.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of priming paint on new plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, complete.
