Demolition of cement concrete in floors and of any description and in any position not otherwise, specifically provided for including sunken floor, disposal of debris and rubbish, unserviceable materials etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 in sunken portion of slab using waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area/ sunken floor with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudinal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed in, including bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg /Sqm after cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type E-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in filling, foundation and mass concrete, in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairing to RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia, ceiling etc. by scrapping, cutting, chiseling, de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement of damaged loose RCC surfaces and applying neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and filling the surfaces with cement sand mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) using coarse sand in layers as required and reinforced with 8mm dia. TMT bars in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in any situation and at height upto 3.5m complete all as specified. Notes:- 1. Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. 2. Flat area shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and fix in repair for aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs mild steel Mortice lock , vertical type size 100mm 4 levers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for petty repair to existing in built Aluminium Door, locks, hinges including making the lock/Glass/ adjusting shutter complete serviceable all as per existing pattern as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including provision of duplicate keys as required.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc., disinfecting the tank surfaces by suitable methods including writing with paint cleaning date on tank complete all as specified & directed of following size exc 250 ltrs but n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity

M&L for flush pointing to brick tiles, laid flat in roofs with cement 1:3 including removal of existing pointing complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F PVC insulation panels (thickness 10mm) with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of grid made of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work and Hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterner 12.5 mm dia 40mm long including taking down existing ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 6mm thick asbestos cement, plain sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with screws complete all as specfied and directed.

Cutting down plants/shrubs of girth not exc 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building ,chajjas, wall, junction etc. Including taking out penetrated roots in to yhe wall, slab surfaces, shafts and aapplying "STUFALO" solution (harbal medicine) as per manufacturer's instructions in and around the surfaces and making good the location with PCC (1:2:4) and cement mortar (1:2) including necessary scaffolding as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
