Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts, footing.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Providing and laying stone dust in layers including compaction etc complete

Labour for shifting of junk material instruments used chemical bottle and appratus and other misclanious work

Brick work with chimny brick of in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

providing and fixing dowels(16 mm) on existing floor(Rebaring) with fillling grout etc complete.

Dismentaling concrete in floor
