Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for min. 8 hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Epoxy putty cost is to be included in the quoted rate. Drilling of hole shall be done by authorized applicator and the work shall be executed in the presence of the company representative.

Providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 MPa including removal of form from all locations including beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, footings, landings, stairs, balconies etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar with the adding and including WPC 100gm per 50 kg bag of mortar on fair faces of green/moist concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Work to be carried out above 14th and 15th floor..

Material and Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofmg coating complete as specified below:

Supply and applying high perfonnance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray/ brush, smart care ultron liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength not less then 6.0 N/Sqmm as per ASTM D 2370, crack briding ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system included final base prepraration epoxy primer application and applying smart care ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 kg/sqm each coat complete all as per manufacturer specification and instructions including water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing failed loose pipes and its joints (in old structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe (not less then 110mm) followed by application of two coats polymer polyurethane elestomeric water proofing coating to ensure leakage free joints (work included filling of mortar and marking good the same) and top surface finished with UV resistant top coot as manufacturer's instruction - Note:- 1. The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2. The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. 3. Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer's instruction. 4. Work to be carried out above 14th and 15th floor.

Material & Labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at 2.25 litre per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc with white cement and match the surface to existing apron complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for treatment of soil under existing floors in junction with wall (internally) using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per hole at 300mm center to center and 300mm deep including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 or white cement to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for post construction treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for post construction treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified:

(i) Material and labour for cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. 40 mm avg thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) Material and labour for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. the treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint. (viii) Height up to and including 14th floor.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition sepertately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. Note: Serviceable tube lights etc shall be kept under safe custody and refixed as directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring confirming to IS-732:1989 complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheated copper conductor, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694:2010 drawn through and including Heavy duty non-metallic PVC casing capping of suitable size confirming to IS 14927(Part-11) with accessories such as Bends, Tees, Elbovis,coupler etc with modular metallic lSI marked terminal boxes, concealed in wall including one FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for the following :- Note : - (i) Circuit conductor from MCB DB to Switch boards should not be less than 2.5 sqmm for: (a) Switch boards having light/fan points and 6A socket in common circuit. Note :- Blanking plate shall be used for blank places in DB.

Material & Labour in repair for Stand Post type Fire yard Hydrant, conforming to IS 908: 1975, consisting of one Class- I type sluice valves with cap, road surface boxes, a duck foot bend, flange riser and 80 mm NB Cl flanged stand post column of 1.5 m height, perfectly water tight under hydraulic pressure along with coating and painting complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-incharge.

Supply & Fixing in repair indoor type lockable hose cabinet of size 600 mm (H) x 800 mm (L) x 250 mm (D) suitable to house 2 Nos. of 15 m RRL hose and 2 Nos. of branch nozzles, made of 18 gauge MS sheet with double door with 4 mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted two coats of fire red outside and brilliant white inside over a coat of primer, including fixing on wall with nut and bolts of suitable size and numbers complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
