M&L for preparing black top surfaces of airfield with compressed pressure air jet, scrubbers and brushing with wire brushes for removing all loose dust, dirt, caked mud and cleaning the cracks in surface etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning clear surface with gunny bags and making the surface free from dust etc all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly uniform coating with Polymer modified emulsion (PME) of RW grade Fog seal/spray treatment by spraying with self -propelled or towed bitumen mechanical pressure sprayer and moping of total liquid (Mixture of Emulsion and water) @ 1.0 kg per sqm after Dilution with water in 1:1 ratio or as per manufacturers instruction whichever is approved by GE and ensure uniform finish of Runway/airfield surface incl sealing of all cracks etc all as per manufacturers instruction, MORTHs specification for fog spray/seal and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: The work shall be carried out by approved qualified applicator of the Manufacturer of PME)

M&L for preparing new / existing painted concrete / bituminous surfaces (road, runway, dispersal, taxi) and painting lines, dashes, letter etc exceeding 10cm wide with applying two coats of water based paint road marking materials/paints upto a uniform finished surface etc all as per MORTH Specifications, white or golden yellow with using road painting/marking machine all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new / old painted bituminous / concrete / plastered / stone surfaces of any description not otherwise over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved/standard design pattern and shades (golden yellow, black,white, fiery orange etc) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparing new/ old painted bituminous / concrete / plastered / stone surfaces of any description not otherwise not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved/standard design pattern and shades (golden yellow, black, white, fiery orange etc) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing old paint by paint remover or burning off by blow lamp and cleaning with scrapper, any no. of coats, any width or girth and preparing previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved/standard design pattern and shades of Wind sock post or similar structures over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface plain/kerb stone moulded over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, brushing etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including cleaning off premises where complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including cleaning off premises where complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required incl demolition of existing kerb stone work complete all as specified and as directed.
