Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches for each additional 1.5 m or part or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid).

Supply & Laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV , Type I, Flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Th pre-cast cable cover should be " die pressed" cast cover.

M&L for 100 mm bore GI tubing medium grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core of 11000 volts grade laid in trenches or passing through pipe and testing , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3 core of 11000 volts grade laid in trenches or passing through pipe and testing , complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) In addition PCC route indicator of size 600 mm X 240 mm X 60 mm duly wtitten in block letters "CAUTION HV MES" incl barricating/reflex tape of 240 mm length at top of the route indicator to be fixed 300 mm below GL at every 30 mtr during returning filling and cost for the same deemed to be included in the item rate.

Dismantling existing steel poles/ struts, any size, including necessary excavation & Earthwork, demolition of concrete and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc , complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc complete and setting aside , complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of steel earth wire from existing overhead service feeder etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre stressed concrete pole 11 meter long 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom class 9 complete including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation and copying with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) ,complete all as specified & as directed. Note: PCC anti claiming device, cross arms insulator, ACSR conductor and earth work measure and paid separately)

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced conductor of all sizes,complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cross arms , bracing, supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole out door type with drop out switch fuse unit on HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating upto 400 Amps mechanically operated mounted on insulators (9 insulators) and frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with earth switch and including locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Horn gap fuse (Copper) channel type fitted on two post insulator per pole per phase complete vertical type (6 insulators) connected with necessary nut bolts brackets including testing confirming to IS 9835 rating 12 KV, 400 Amps made of Gun metal, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lightening arrester/surge protector 11 KV grade expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class and discharge capacity of 65KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in elect plate No-1 including 20mm dia of stay rod ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Loop type insulator, excavation in earth work, PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item)

M&L for brickwork in CM (1:6) using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick CM (1:6) rendering on fair face of brick work ,finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole including necessary form work as required , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set pole/FPB etc including fair finish even and fair to exposed surfaces without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core (using broken stone) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread in levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick water & rammed to true surface ,complete all as specified and as directed.
