Dismantling / Taking down ACSR conductors of any type & size from existing LT pole & taking a side duly disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling / Taking down Cross arms of MS Channel or angle section etc complete all as specified & directed .

Dismantling insulatotrs of any type & size from existing LT pole complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminum lugs and testing complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes:- (Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable / fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks modular brick laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/under floors or roads/along the poles or wall GI tube'Light' grade of 80mm dia size for protection of UG cables including sealing ends & all required fittings all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/under floors or roads/along the poles or wall GI tube'Light' grade of 40mm dia size for protection of UG cables including sealing ends & all required fittings all as specified & directed

Supply and laying in trenches/under floors or roads/along the poles or wall GI tube'Light' grade of 25mm dia size for protection of UG cables including sealing ends & all required fittings all as specified & directed

Supply and Fixing along the poles GI tube'Light' grade of 15mm dia size for protection of UG cables along with pole using 25 x 5 mm thick MS FI clamps of required shape with bolts ,nuts,washers complete all as specified & directed.

S&F busbar chamber loopin loopout enclosure of suitable size consisting of 4 Nos aluminium busbar of 200 Amp, 4 Way fixed on pocelain support inside enclosure,fixing the enclosure with pole using 40 x 6 mm size MS FI clamps of requried shape with bolts,nuts,washers complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fixing cable path indicator made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick and spot welding with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1( using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) including providing one coat of synthetic enamlled black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and sign writing with white paint showing size of cable HT /LT complete all as directed & specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type LT panel board (CPRI Approved), made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet , factory made, cubical type,with slanting top at leaset 10 Cm projection all around, fedder pillar type,fabricated with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame work with independent door for each feeder,busbar chamber cable tray on both side fully compartmentlized design, double door type & commen openable hinged door from rear side, floor mounting type, busbars made of aluminium duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours.Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators. All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds,

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with normal ground level connected to galvanised ms strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I and connecting to earthing test point all as specified including MS sheet metal wire mesh funnel 20 mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead RCC earth pit cover earth pit with PCC 1:3:6 only necessary earth work and testing on completion.
