Luminaries & Accessories :-

Supply of LED Sports Light luminaire with a U-mounting bracket and housing made of Die-cast Aluminium with polycarbonate lens having CRI > 90, SDCM<5 and CCT of 5700K and shall be compliant with IP66 and IK08 classification. Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 162000 nominal lumens with minimum system wattage of 1620W at a system efficacy of at least 100 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall be designed so as to ensure lumen depreciation of up to 30% over 50k burning hours @ design ambient temp 35 deg C. The luminaire should have choice of Narrow beam, symmetrical medium and symmetrical wide beam suiting various applications with exposed PC optic lens. The luminaire should have fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation through ventilation fan IP 66 protection minimum 6-8 for thermo cooling and to prevent dirt from settling on the luminaire along with aiming angle scale. The luminaire should be marine salt protected, vibrations proof and wind force protected. The luminaire enables interfacing with an external light console to mix Sports Star LED with other DMX ENABLE fixtures. The electronic driver should be fully integrated and shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD <10% with a minimum inbuilt surge protection of 10kV inbuilt in the driver and suitable for an operating temperature range of -40 to 50 deg C. The luminaire should comply with all the required IEC and IS standards. LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted from a NABL accredited laboratory. Luminaire and driver must have BIS certificate and the same must be submitted for record. for fixture and driver(The driver and fixture are of same company). LED1620/957 1620W & driver EVP400 with equivalent make in similar specifications Note: Provision for lights required for HD TV Broadcasting needs to be considered in High Mast Frame in current scope of work.

Cables and Accessories Supply and laying of following sizes 1.1 KV XLPE/PVC (As Mentioned) insulated cable with Copper / Almunium (As Mentioned) conductor, PVC inner sheathed, Armoured / Unarmoured (As mentioned), overall PVC sheathed stranded and twisted cable in conformity to the technical specification and as per latest IS - codes.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame/cross arms suitable for mounting up to 48 Nos of LED Sports Light LED Flood lights (Per arm luminaires to be mounted on top only, no reverse/bottom mounting of luminaire is allowed). Polygonal high mast tower with fixed head frame along with provision for using man rider for accessing the head frame platform. Structural design of the high mast should be carried out as per the ILE Technical Report No. 7/ Relevant Standard and Regulation. The mast should be designed considering base gust wind speed of 39 m/s for 3 Sec and thickness of GI coating should withstand at the speed of 39m/s. Price shall include suitable 1.2m Lightning Arrestor as per requirement and 2 nos of LED Aviation Light. Please consider the Terrain Category as per IS 875 Part 3. High Mast Lighting Panel (Indoor Type Minimum IP42) - Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of IP42 (Indoor) cubicle type High mast Lighting Panel suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 2.5 mm thick for gland plates, including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process having extensible type TPN aluminum alloy bus bar of high conductivity, with base frame of M.S. section of suitable size, copper earth bar of size 25mmx 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, complete with control wire, cable alleys, cable gland plates, including following items mentioned below. The panel should be suitable for Pedestrial mounting type 500mm above ground level with necessary base frame. Incoming, power contactor, bus bar and outgoing as per electrical load and no. of luminaire.

EXTERNAL MAN RIDER

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of external manrider unit for accessing the head frame of High Mast. The unit shall be suitable for safe load carrying capacity of 300kg with climb speed not exceeding 9m/min.

Design of Foundation Design and Casting of suitable foundation for the ABOVE GIVEN high mast as per with specification as per S.No-1 above. The foundation has to be designed as per safe Soil Bearing Capacity of 10MT/sqm (needs to be confirmed after geotech investigation). The foundation shall be designed for wind pressure, earth quake and other loadings as per latest IS code of practice. Consider Seismic Zone 2 (For Bhopal). Please consider the Terrain Category as per IS 875 Part 3.

Main Lighting Panel (Indoor Type Minimum IP42) - Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of IP42 (Indoor) cubicle type High mast Lighting Panel suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 2.5 mm thick for gland plates, including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process having extensible type TPN aluminum alloy bus bar of high conductivity, with base frame of M.S. section of suitable size, copper earth bar of size 25mmx 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, complete with control wire, cable alleys, cable gland plates, including following items mentioned below.
