TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS FOR B/R AT 25ED AFS DEOLALI UNDER GE (AF) OJHAR

Term Contract for Artificer works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of rate Part-I, 2020 (specifications) together with amendment No. to and MES Standard Schedule of rate Part-II, 2020 (Rates) together with amendment No. to and General Conditions of Contract (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 amendment No. 1 to 40 forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of acceptance at the Rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule. NOTE:-(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 6th row and column ‘F’of this BOQ excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below MES standard of rate Part-II 2020.If no %ge excess (+) or less (-) is offered NIL %ge shall be considered. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term Contract. Separate work orders as per requirement of works during currency of contract will be ordered. The work orders shall be priced at rates given in SSR and shall be adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (iv) Irrespective of amount generated by the system in the BOQ. Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess/Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. However the total contract sum shall not exceed estimated amount shown in BOQ.
