Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with WPC will be applied over the roof slab and after the plaster is cured, the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakages etc. If any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaired the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls), around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc and other similar situation to ease up about comers.

Bituminous based primer conforming to IS : 3384-1965 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is properly impregnated.

One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces.

After the application of approved bituminous primer the APP modified polymeric membrane of thickness 3 mm & weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm shall be laid & sealed on the primed surface by torch application as per manufacture instructions. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer.

A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 of 100 x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/junctions should be rounded.

Applying two coats of silver shield paint (Aluminium bituminous based) over APP membrane 0.1 Kg/Sqm per coat in 12 hrs interval as per manufacturer's instructions complete.

S&F three coats of reinforced acrylic coating ‘New Coat’ as on sunken floor applied @1.5 Ltr/Sqm in 03 coats to achieve total 1mm thickness in any position including cleaning surface of sunken slab with wire brush/mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete/sunken slab etc including repairing of loose/defective joints and applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 to level the surface and treatment to be applied all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken AAC (Autoclaved Areated Concrete), light weight block as filling in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling the undulations, foundations filling, basements, sub bases (average thickness 10 cm) and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised Steel plate earth electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground in a earth pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level, the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron or steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI & steel earth lead protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 15 mm dia light grade and connected to main switch board or main control board watering pipe with funnel on upper side shall be 20 mm dia GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit, CI frame, CI cover 10mm thick with hinged to CI frame complete. Note :-- Cost of any minor modification if required in fixing of the sheet metal enclosure as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing finish, will be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.

M&L for taking down old Sheet metal enclosure and S&F new sheet metal enclosure of size 500x450x200mm, cubical type, factory fabricated, made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable, single door system, powder coated painted to shade to fix the electric meter and 8way MCB, DB complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :-- Cost of any minor modification if required in fixing of the sheet metal enclosure as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing finish, will be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.
