Excavation of the cable trenches/pole foundation in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres without disturbing utility lines under ground , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Checking & fixing of insulator winding on existing 33 KV HT line network with help of suitable Mechanical/Electrical equipments to make proper fixation & support of bare conductors on insulators on existing M.S. pole complete with replacement of winding wire for insulators & nut bolt if reqd. complete as required at site.

Supplying of 11 Mtr. Height PCC pole to carry overhead 33 KV HT lines at suitable location with help of hydra having provision of holes/arrangement for fixation of existing angle iron bracket with help of nut-bolt complete as required at site.(Bracket & Nut-Bolt will be paid extra)

Erection of RCC/PCC pole of following length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required. a) Above 8.0 metre and upto 11.0 metre

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of pole top , V shape , three conductors , angle/channel iron, cross arm bracket on RCC pole with help of suitable size nut-bolt for 33 KV HT Lines complete with mounting of insulators with winding wire/pin & mounting 33 KV HT lines as required at site.

Dismantling of existing M.S. pole embedded in cement concrete foundation i/c dismantling of rusted angle iron bracket & insulators from overhead 33 KV HT lines complete with suitable safety equipments etc. as required at site.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Carrying Dismantled M.S. HT pole with help of hydra to suitable location & submitting the same to dismantled store as required at site.
