Earth work excavation in all classes of soil with initial lead and lift and depositing on bank as per SS20B for foundation. Upto 0.00 to 0.30m

Sand filling for foundation with M- sand including cost of sand watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete .

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by Department officers.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and errecting centering and strutting including necessary supports for plane surface in foudation and basement in all floors for RCC columns, footing pedestals, plinth beam, Critical pier etc., using mild steel angles of size 90 x 60 x 10 cm gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silvr oak joist ( Country wood) of size 10 cm to 6.50 cm spaced at 75 cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specification and as directed as per clause MOST specification.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of all steel to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 3/4 x4 1/4 x2 1/4 including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.

Painting the plastered wall surface with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour including preparation of surface and finishing outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.
