Provision for hiring (for 6 months) of special type of lime mortar mill (pan type) electrical/mechnical for thorough grinding and mixing of lime mortar and making lime putty as per site requirement including diesel and maintenance.

Technical/scientific excavation to be done manually (trench depth upto 6 mtr) by way of carefully digging all along of the heritage structure. It also includes to avoid any damage to the heritage structure or structure underneath, without causing any vibrations and jerks to the superstructure. It also includes duly constructing centring, struting and form work to avoid any untoward incident and getting out the excavated material manually head lead approx. 50 mtr away from site.

Cleareance of debris around and adjoining the heritage building by excavion upto depth 1.5mt to 2.0 mtr carefully without damaging the buried archaeological parts of the building and collect all the intct parts at proper place for reuse at the time of restoration work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying lime concrete in the ratio of 1:1:1:4 ( 1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 Coarse sand : 4 Brick ballast 25 mm nominal size) mixed with Gur/Sheera and Belgiri etc including ramming with wooden dhurmut.....

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 surkhi:1coarse sand) with joints finished flush....

Stone consolidation-removing the loose/damaged stone and reconsolidating with new stone (matching with original)/reusable stone with lime mortar lime mortar 1:1:1 ( 1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 coarse sand) wherever necessary.

Restoration of missing portion/patch repair with underpinning method by using bond stone technique. Random rubble masonry with hard stones in foundation and plinth including levelling with lime concrete (1 lime:3surkhi:6 coarse sand) with 20mm stone aggregate upto plinth level with lime mortar 1:1:1(1Lime: 1Surkhi:1Coarse sand).

30-40mm lime plaster in two coats with 20mm base coat in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi :1 Coarse Sand) and top coat in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi :1 Fine Sand)....

Repairing ornamental plaster works to match with the existing design using lime plaster (1lime putty:1surkhi : 1 fine sand).

Construction of tanks of different sizes for slaking of lime and making lime putty as per archaeological specification. Brick Work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Pumping out water from bawali very very carefully to avoid any damage to the heritage structure or structure underneath, without causing any vibrations and jerks to the superstructure.

Removal of mosses, muddy, slushy silt mixed with bricks/stone pieces, animal/brid dropings, monkey beats, garbage, plastic bags etc away from site manually lift upto 10-12 meters and lead upto 50 meters from site for further disposal by mechanical means. It also include excavating/ scopping out hardend silt from the surface and cavities with the scopping rods and other equpiments.

For Coping: Providing and laying lime concrete excluding cost of centring and shuttering. With graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and mortar comprising of 1 Slaked lime :1 surkhi : 1 fine sand.

Repointing of raked out joints of Ranodm rubble masonry by using lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime: 1 Coarse sand : 1 Brick Zeera).
