Material and labour for GI Chain link fencing including line wires, any mess, size and type of standards rail, straining, bolts, with necessary angle or 'I' section fixed independently with out connecting plate & making holes prefixing chain link fence Gde Fe 410-0 complete including spot holes, PCC for foundation etc. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS gate made out of angle iron of suitable size with necessary joining accessories complete, steel confirming to Gde Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Necessary earthwork excavation, PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer, keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer Out door type 200 to 400 KVA, 0.433/11KV, comprising the following step up any make carrying out complete overhauling which shall comprise of the following :

Material and Labour for lifting, transporting, handling, the transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc incl disconnecting core assembly from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/ body) of the transformer.

Material and Labour for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container /drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse.

Material and labour for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt / sludge/ foreign particles etc from the bottom / body of the transformer and drying/ heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil.

Material and labour for checking the leakage of transformer oil from tank joints, bushings, inlet/out let valves , breather etc servicing, opening the transformer and disconnect the star and delta connection for HT and LT windings ,testing the insulation resistance, cleaning and washing thoroughly core and windings of the transformer by hosing down with clean dry oil conforming to IS 335/1983, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles from the windings / core and re- varnishing o the windings with super varnish incl heating/drying/backing complete carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS 1986-87 and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Lifting and refixing core assembly inside the transformer shell gently and carefully, connecting of HT / LT/ Neutral connection to the bushings assembly, fixing of tap change over incl tightening of nuts, bolts, washers of the core to reduce humming noise al as directed.

Varnishing the entire core assembly with insulating oil of approved quality, heating and drying thoroughly,re-insulation paper press pan paper, fevicol,sleeves and heating carefully inside chamber to got required megger value so as to obtain desired insulation resistance all as directed.

Re-fixing of the core assembly inside the transformer shell gently and carefully, connecting up with the HT/LT bushings ,fixing of tap changer, connecting up with the neutral connections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge Note: Necessary dismantling of core assembly for repair/rewinding and refixing shall be measured and paid under relevant items here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer only after carrying out filtration and heating up oil upto 105 degree C to achieve reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filtration of oil in presence of Engr-in-charge on proforma duly signed

Refixing the top cover incl replacement of corck sheet/ gasket 8mm thick, tightening of nuts /bolts /washers etc and replacement of breather with silica gel crystal type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for carrying out acidity test of transformer oil all as per IS-1866/1961 in presence of Engr-in-charge or MES rep. authorised by him and submitting the test results on proper proforma duly signed.

Cleaning / scrapping / brushing down and preparing the outer surface of the transformer body and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: (i) Any damage to insulators/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt.The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) The job taken for repair / over hauling should be complete with in 48 hours from the date of handing over the individual transformer , failing which necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor at no extra cost.

All as per item no 62 above but Transformer of capacity 101 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning / scrapping / brushing down and preparing the outer surface of the transformer body and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Dehydration, filtration of transformer oil using stream line filter to obtain a dielectric strength above 40 KV, including all arrangement for DG set, filtration plant, filter paper etc mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Filling the new transformer oil of approved make conforming to IS- 335 including filtration of existing and taped up oil so as to achieve IR value of the oil not less than 40 KV and all as specified and all as directed by Engineer - in-charge.

Material and Labour for rewinding of damaged/ burnt out HT / LT coil, servicing of step down transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA capacity 11000/433 volts, comprising the following: (a) Removing the transformer core assembly by un-screwing the nuts, bolts, washers of top cover, draining out the existing oil removing the HT / LT bushings etc and taking out the core gently with the help of necessary tools arrangement complete and all as directed (b) Dismantling and taking the burnt HT coils from the core assembly and cleaning the other coils and core assembly with CTC solution including removing the deposited dirt/foreign materials etc complete. (c) Rewinding the HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including insulating paper etc complete ,refixing the reminded HT/LT coils on the core assembly connecting up with the tap changer etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting and dismantling unserviceable damaged LT bushing, studs complete of 100 KVA Transformer any make 11/0.433 KV and replacing the same with supplying and fixing, connecting and commissioning LT porcelain bushings with gun metal threaded studs of suitable lengths including metal rings/nuts/bolts/washers, rubber rings etc.( set of 4) all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per Item No 68 above but HT bushing complete ( set of 3)

Material and labour for cutting the bituminous road in the size not exceeding 0.4mtr x 0.6 mtr for laying of UG cables and making good with the existing surfaces after laying the pipe/cable all as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel chequered plate of size 5mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
