M&L for Walling of random rubble coursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 including pointing, plastering, preparation of surfaces and application of two coat of white wash as part there of complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work edges sloped or hamfered complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of 100 mm dia pressure ratiing 10 Kgf/cm2 as in weep holes complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed .

M&Lfor Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth;in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L use and waste Formwork of concrete slab , sides and soffits and similar work; complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and all as directed.

M&L RCC type B1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate nominal mix for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) finished even complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x30 cm x25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments including precast pcc kerb stone , preparation and application of two coat of painting over one coat of primer for kerb stone and Zebra Crossing on both side of path acomplete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.
