Removal of excavated material / soils to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the straight point complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of brick/tile as cable protection, GI pipe and cable joint etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) After taking out the cables from the trench, serviceability of cable shall be checked by the contractor in presence of the Engr-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supplying and fixing as in repairs 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable 10sqmm, twin core, flat or circular, PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earthwork, if any, shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F as in repairs rigid mild steel conduit 20mm dia including conduit accessories for passing of service cable fixed with and including saddles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing as in repairs PVC insulated and FRLS PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable of size 1.5 sqmm 2 core, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing as in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable upto 50 Sqmm to 95sqmm 3 core XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate of this item also includes the cost of excavation and earthwork though required for replacement of the existing joint.

Supply & fixing as in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade for indoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable upto 50 Sqmm to 95sqmm 3 core XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate of this item also includes the cost of excavation and earthwork though required for replacement of the existing joint.

Dismantling and taking out the old stay assembly complete incl demolition of plain cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit rate of this item includes the loose / disconnect the all accessories which are connected to stay assembly includng necessary excavation as directed. (ii) Existing stay assembly are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubular pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 incl GI Adjustable Stay Rod of 16 mm Dia, GI Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps, loop type insulator, excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 concrete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of earthwork, loop type insulator, PCC and stay wire.

Material and labour two coats of silver/aluminium paint on steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long including on MS work like channel cross arms, nut, bolts & washer, street light bracket and clamps etc. for the portion above 1.50 metre from top of PCC coping and two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternative red and white strips of 30 cm each upto 1.50metre from top of PCC coping and writing pole No. with black paint on a yellow circle 150mm dia including scrapping the existing paint and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour two coats of cement base paint on LT RCC pole 9.0 meter long for the portion above 1.50 metre from top of PCC coping and two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternative black and white strips of 30 cm each upto 1.50metre from top of PCC coping and on MS work like channel cross arms, nut, bolts & washer, street light bracket and clamps etc. and writing pole No. with black paint on a yellow circle 150mm dia including scrapping the existing paint and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour writing MES / SM / machine No. on MES equipment such as voltage stabilizer / DG Set / HT Panels etc. with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (heat resistant) in black colour on a yellow circle 150mm dia including scrapping the existing paint and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour removing old stone aggregate any size from Sub Station Yard and laying new stone aggregate 20mm size including making good the existing surface complete all as spefied and directed. Note : Before laying new stone, existing area shall be neatly cleaned and existing bushes, grass etc shall be removed and thrown away as directed.The quoted rate shall include the cost thereof

Taking out of out door type transformer of any capacity from inside the sub station/ 4 pole structure after removing / disconnecting of HT/LT connection and reinstalling the same at out side permises on foundation including making all connection of HT / LT cable, cable joints, earth strip etc and testing complete all as spcified and directed. Note : (i) HT cable, LT cable, out door termination (end Joint), Straight through joint and GI earth strip shall be measured and paid for separatly. (ii) Contractor shall provide all the T&P including transportation for shifting of transformer and nothing extra shall be paid on account of loss of manpower during shift. Tenderer is hereby advised to keep in mind this factor before quoting his rates.

Dismantling of 11 metre 4 pole structure consisting of 4 No. RCC poles, anti-climbing device, PCC foundation & cross arms (Bracings) etc carefully after disconnecting HT cable connection carefully, cutting cable end joint for new connection in VCB / RMU panels and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work required for taking down cable and re-laying including sand, bricks shall be measured separatly. (ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for removing the poles & other materials obtained from dismantling to outside MoD land.
