Providing and fixing Modular Lay-In-Grid ceiling system which includes fixing of wall angle (of size 24x 24 x 3000 x 0.35 mm) screw fixed of the periphery of the walls/ partitions at the desired ceiling height with PVC dash fasteners (nylon sleeves) and steel screws at 300 mm centre to centre. GI pre-coated Main Tee runners (of size 24 x 38 x 3600 x 0.25 mm) then shall be suspended from the soffit/ purlins with 4 mm dia. GI wire hangers, soffit cleats (of size 27 x 35 x 25 x 1.6 mm) and Metal Anchor Fasteners (Rawl Plugs) (45 x 8 mm) at 1200 mm centre to centre. Grid module size of 1200 x 600 mm shall then be achieved by insert fixing Cross Tee (of size 24 x 26 x 1200 x 0.25 mm), using the snap and bayonet fixing mechanism into the Main Tee runner and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centre to centre. Finally, the grid module size of 600 x 600 mm shall be achieved by insert fixing Cross Tee (of size 24 x 26 x 600 x 0.25 mm), using the snap and bayonet fixing mechanism into the 1200 mm Cross Tee runner and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centre to centre. Finally, 4/ 6mm pre-painted Everest Designer ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 mm (for grid module size of 600 x 600 mm) in Texture Cascade, shall be placed over the grid.
