C. COST OF MATERIALS
cost of standard I.S.I. mark Deep Well Hand Pump for India mark-II, I.S.I. 15500 (Part 2) / 2004 with latest revision including 12mm x 3 meter long 8 no. Connecting Rods made of bright bar electro-galvanized fitted with coupler & normal stand assembly recommended for use with cylinder assembly suitable for bore well casing pipe.
Cost of 32 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3 Mtrs long screwed at both ends with seamless socket as per IS:1239(Part 1990).
Cost of 125 mm dia blue UPVC Casing Pipe as per I.S.12818/2016 CML no.- 5543459

Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Solar Submersible D.C. Water Motor Pump
Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning with all tools & Parts of following Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Solar Submersible D.C. Water Motor Pump Suitable for minimum 125mm x 115mm bore well as per MNRE Guideline with following specifications & accessories.
SPV arrays contains specified No of same capacity type & specification modules connected to series or parallel to obtained the required voltage & current the power output of individual PV modules should be minimum 200 watt peak.
i) The SPV modules should be as per IEC-61215 and IEC 61730 part 1.0)
ii) All external parts of motor pump used in submersible pump which are in contact of water is stainless steel grade 303 or higher as required.
iii) The PV modules should be mounted on metallic structure of adequate strength and appropriate design which can withstand load of modules & High wind pressure up to 200Km/h.
iv) The module mounting structure should be hot dip galvanized according to IS 4759.
v) To enhance the performance of SPV water pumping system & arrangement for seasonal tilt angle Adjustment should be provided
vi) Necessary arrangement should be provided in controller automatic start-run-stop through out the day with water level detection system. (As per MNRE Specification)
vii) Necessary protection such as lightening arrestor etc. should be provided to protect the controller & SPV
viii) The suction/delivery pipe shall be UPVC / H.D.P.E. pipes of appropriate size 60m or more as required minimum pressure rating of 8kg/Sq cm- PE 100 grade for pump up to 3HP & 10 Kg/Sq cm- PE 100 grade for 5 HP.
ix) All cable used shall be as per IS 694. Suitable size of cable shall be used in sufficient length for inter connection between the SPV array to SPV controller and SPV controller to solar power pump. Provision of cable shall be as per IS 14536.
x) The motor pump set should have a 5 years warranty.
xi) Control panel suitable for motor pump with arrangement of dry run & over flow protection sensor, float switch & rain prevention box. (As per MNRE Specification)
xii) The SPV controller must have IP-65 protection or must be housed in cabinet having at least IP-65 protection.
xiii) The system should be as per MNRE guide line & Eco-friendly with suitable arrangement to operate new pump manually.
xiv) With third party inspection before dispatch.
xv) Fitting, fixing & mounting on water tank steel structure.
xvi) Provision for web based remote monitoring of the pumps to be installed must be made through the inbuilt controllers . It should be possible to ascertain the daily water output, the power generated by PV Array ,the Up and down time of the pump during the year, number of days the pump was unused or under breakdown repairs.
The following details should be marked indelibly on the motor pump set
a) Name of the Manufacturer or Distinctive Logo.
b) Model Number.
c) Serial Number.
Solar submersible motor pump (SPV DC Type)
i) 1 HP (DC Pump) with 900 WP minimum watt P.V. Panel as MNRE pump head Max Shut-off head up to 120 mtrs. For higher or lower head or in between various modules output could be decided on prorates basis. (As per latest guide line of MNRE)
Carrying out recuperation/Yield Test for ascertaining the discharge of constructed well/ excavated profile as directed by the IEC. The test out by the drawing down water from the well/ profile below normal/subsoil water level up to full depth rise is recorded the normal water level/subsoil water level in the well / profile as well as strainer/level at pump as per design of W.S. scheme shall be recorded prior to the test including cost of all materials, over Load , Labours etc. complete as directed.
Supplying all labours, tools and equipments for dismantling of head & water tank assembly and taking out 32 mm dia old G.I. Pipe, connecting rod, cylinder assembly the dismantled components after necessary changing for making the T/W in good condition with all transportation including unused taken out materials back in store all complete job as per direction of E/I.
