(f) Maintinance of entire metering System including running of vending stations. Maintaining servers (except of sunday and holiday ) having knowlege of opration of prepaid meter including carrying out all daily maintenance report all as directed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge as per Indian electricity rule / engineering practices and maintaining good condition and all maintinance records , break down records , by providing with adequate details comprising the following items and equipments and comprising the prepaid meter at the station as specified of GE/ Engineer-in-Charge (maintenance and operation one year will be applied from the date of acceptance of work).

NOTES FOR ABOVE ITEMS : (i) OEM authorization required by the contractor / bider .All work will be done by OEM/OEM authorized vender (M/s Secure Meters Ltd). Scope of work also includes (ii) Vending staion activities like coupon generation. Meter recharge etc. (iii) Rectifying any problem that may occur in the network and co-ordinating for smooth functioning of the system. (iv) Deploying all measure for corrective action as and when reuired. (v) Acting a link betwen AGE and the parent company providing the metering system . (vi) Running and maintaining server. (vii) To get the work executed as per terms and coditions of contract through an authorized representive of the manufacurer (secure Meter Ltd). He shall provide all required technical support for execution of work mentioned above Operation of customer care and maintenance of the entire metering system (1076 users) including running of vending stations in shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM (Except on Sunday & Holidays). Qty-1076 Nos. (viii) The contractors has to maintain a buffer stock of 05 nos single phase and 05 nos three phase meters as per Jaipur MES server/existing software at GE Jaipur of Make: (M/s Secure Meters Ltd).
