75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured rubberised chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

60mm thick coloured rubberised machine pressed interlocking pattern paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning layer and grouted with dry sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
