MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded prelaminated colour PVC 'C' channel having 5mm thick PVC sheet strip 20mm wide struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail.
