Design, manufacture, factory testing, procurement, delivery and installation, site testing & comissioning of FRP Cooling Tower Induced draft type for SCW- 1 (Cooling capacity -5.97×106 Kcal/Hr) inclusive of automatic chemical dosing system, fan, electrical motor suitable for DOL starter, structure and accessories, spares (Gear box-1 No. (If applicable ), Fan drive shaft assembly-1 set, Coupling rubber bushes-4 sets, Fan blade assembly-1 set, Fan bearings (gear box)-2 sets (If applicable), Motor bearings-2 sets, Set of Oil seals-2 sets. (If applicable),Spray nozzles (One cell requirement), Lube Oil for Gear Box 2 times of Fill Quantity), etc. as per approved drawings and tender technical specifications etc.Cooling tower is consisting of four(4) cells - (2 Operating x 2 Standby). Note: Cooling tower will be installed in the existing RCC basin.

(If applicable),Spray nozzles (One cell requirement), Lube Oil for Gear Box 2 times of Fill Quantity), etc. as per approved drawings and tender technical specifications. Cooling tower is consisting of ten (10) cells - (8 Operating x 2 Standby). Note: Cooling tower will be installed in the existing RCC basin.

SS Piping: Preparation of GA drawings, isometric drawing, taking delivery from stores (pipe as FIM), handling, transportation, cleaning, pickling and passivation, cutting, bending, welding and erection of S.S. pipes, pipe-fittings, valves, with supports including hydro/ pneumatic testing. The rate shall include supply and fabrication of pipe fittings, valves, structural material for pipe supports as per approved drawings, liquid penetrant examination of weld joints, TIG welding of SS pipes, consumables, testing of materials, and local passivation as per technical specification etc.

Pipe sizes > 300 NB & ≤ 700 NB

CS pipe butt welding: Edge preparation, fit-up butt welding of carbon steel pipes & pipe/fittings using GTAW+SMAW welding along with supply of all consumables, liquid penetrant examination for root & final weld, cleaning of joints as per approved procedure and technical specification etc. Note: Pipe and pipe fittings will be provided from item no 9 to 12
