Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall a) 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

b) 50 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 600x600mm(nominal)/ 595x595mm actual to the true horizontal level, suspended on Suprafine XL 38H SP 3038. The tile shall be laid on 15mm wide T section flange, white colour (matching to tile), having double stroke rotary stitching on all T section with web height of 38mm (all sections) i.e. the main runner, 1200mm and 600mm cross tee's. The deflection loading of the system shall be 12.5Kg/sqm. The T sections shall be made up of hot dipped galvanised steel min 90GSM and pre painted steel with baked polyster paint of OT bending capability. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using suspension system (specifications below) at 1200mm maximum. The first/ last suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjascent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200x600mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600x600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to wall using screws at 450mm c/c maximum. All border cut tiles shall be laid, using lay-in end cap for installation to have microlook effect on perimeter. Installation shall be carried out as per Manufacturer recommended procedure. i) Galvanised steel Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system with Microperorated perforations of 1.5mm dia holes for 18% open area , diagonal pitch, white colour, with tegular edge tiles of size 600x600x0.5mm of M/s Armstrong ceiling. The tiles shall have accoustical fleece backing with NRC 0.7. It shall be suitable for required cutting/ making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and installation of Cement Bonded particle board 8 mm thick (Termite, Fire & Moisture Resistance), as per IS:14276 : 1995 as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats of fire retardant paint on cleaned wood/ply surface @ 3.5 sqm per litre per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10sqm

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade H type handles of size 375x300x25mm dia for glass door shutter .

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade door bottom lock for glass door shutter .

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade door stopper for glass door shutter .

Providing and fixing 2mm thick polyvinyl chloride antistatic flooring on a smooth and damp prrof base using ahessive, rolling with light weight wooden roller @ 5kg etc including earthing copper strips grid @ 1m x1m covering all arera under antistatic flooring all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Refixing available aluminium partition/ door shutter etc including necessary cutting, fixing with new screws etc complete as diretced in charge (New clip beading, if required any, to be paid for seperately).

Taking out aluminium T in particle board wall paneling and refixing the same in grooves of bison board including cutting to required size etc complete as diretced in charge.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Extra for brick work / AAC block masonry / Tile brick masonry in superstructure above floor V level, for each four floors or part thereof by mechanical means.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

b) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes. 75 mm diameter

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

6 mm plaster on AAC blocks or cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete work with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of “L” shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of waste / malba by mechanical transport including carriage from 7th floor to ground floor and loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (trip of one brass ie 2.83 Cum)

Removing loose plaster/ CC/ bricks from East and North side of MHS building upto seven storey height including taking proper precautions, safety etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Hire charges of construction safety net of size 5m x30m, made up of Polyster with border tie cord rope of 12mm, inside mesh rope of 8mm and mesh size of 100x100mm including one time transportation and installation at site etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Shifting of construction safety net to another place in same building etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Core cutting in RCC wall/ slab for cables/ pipes etc upto 150mm dia and 270mm wall thickness at desired locations as directed by Engineer in charge
