Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Technical Specification Clause 303.1 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam Grading-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion SS2 grade on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom, complete in all respects as per MoRTH specification 503 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surface of 20 mm thickness composed of 2/3 part 13.2 mm approved stone grit: (100% passed from 22.4 mm sieve and retained on 11.2 mm sieve) & 1/3 part 11.2 mm approved stone grit: (100% passed from 13.2mm sieve and retained on 5.6 mm sieve) using bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 kg/sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 506 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat Type C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.7 mm size approved stone grit (100% passed from 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) and bitumin binder VG-10 @ 0.65 kg/sqm laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of unreinforced, plain cement Concreet thickness 15 cm , over a prepared sub base with M30 Pavment, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade ordinary portified cemment' coarse sand, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383' the maximum size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0..2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mixed design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mmicron thick polythene film, wedges, steel platesincluding levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, raes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joint, curing of concrete slab for 14 days using curing compound(where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawings complete in all respects as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 1501 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
