Excavation of trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for taking out/laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection and stacking neatly for reuse and removing the balance material from site of size of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for development of existing bore well by means of air compressor to achieve sufficient yield of water with potability test/water analysis ( Note : necessary compressor for development of bore well including diesel and T & P shall be arranged for development of bore shall be arranged by contractor with in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for lowering of submersible pumping lest into the deep borewell upto the depth of 30RM

Material and labour for replacement of submersible pumping sat of discharge cap duly coupled with submersible electric cable of cap 7.5 HP 415 volts 3ph. suitable for 200/250mm dia deep bore well including talling out old un serviceable submersible pumping sets

M&L for replacement of PVC insulated PVC sheathed flat ribboned submersible copper conductor flexible cable water proof 3 core with standard copper conductor of cross section area 6sqmm 3 core, 1100 volts grade including cable jointing ect necessary thimbla and lugs completed of appropriate size for making electric connection from main panel board and up submersible motor pumping set installed in deep bore well.

Material and labour for steel rope for lowering of submersible motor pumping set into the deep bore well using 6sqmm dia (Multi wire stranded stainless steel with PVC insulation) for holding of submersible type motor pumping set.

M&L for M S holding clamps in two parts(helves) with necessary nuts bolts and washer suitable to hold submersible motor pumping set lowered in bore well duly coupled with 50mm dia galvanized iron delivery pipe at ground level completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Gun metal or globe gate and value confirming to IS : 9338, 50mm (2”) dia pipe.

M&L for replacement of automatic Air release valve 50mm dia suitable for domestic water with 50mm gun metal stop valve complete all as specified and directed

Supply fabrication and fixing in replacement of LT outdoor type main control panel board totally enclosed type, weather, vermin proof suitably ventilated, 440 volts 50hg AC supply factory made fully compartmentalized made out for load bearing of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel and 2.0mm and for non load bearing portion. Protection for enclosure as per IP-67 as laid down in IS-2147 of 1962 complete with pretreated and powder coated of approved colour comprising of suitable sized angle iron/flat iron framed structure complete with necessary excavation, earth wk, PCC foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed comprising of following electrical components/controls.
