Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position, and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete block walling, RR masonary in cement mortar including all quoins archas pillars etc and pre-cast block walling etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris out side MD land all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows/ doors of any size and description complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for roof treatment are as follows: (a) M&L Chip out the existing loosed bitumen / bitumen membrane completely reach up mother slab, clean the surface throughly to make it smooth and free of any foreign material, repairs the concrete wherever damaged using PMM HS repair, repairing of construction joints/cracks by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in HS repairs, covering of 75 x 75 mm should be made at the junction of wall and raft slab using polymerized cement 1:4 admixed with advanced latex plus. (b) Applying one coat of 50% diluted self primimg PU roof coat. Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coat and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coat. (c) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied, water based polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with hi9ghly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or equivalent at 0.6 Kg/sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (standard specification for liquid applied acrylic coating used in roofing) Each coat should allow to dry 4-6 hours.

Item no 10 contd.. The component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3 kg/litre, having tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats. SRI value should be more than 100. The quoted rate shall include surface preparation, repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacturer's specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Make: Berger or equivalent. Note: (a) The above treatment shall be got carried out by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer approved by the GE. (b) Padding concrete for maintaining slope will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (c) Screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over concrete padding are measured and paid under respective item. (d) Supply only water prrofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete / leveling course over slabs, finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling at any height using integral densified calcium silicate, reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction co-efficient) of minimum 0.5 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Light reflectance of minmum 85%, non-combustible as per BS : 476 (Part - 4), fire performane as per BS : 476 (Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.05 W/m K as per ASTM 518 : 1991, fixed in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per square metre on both sides), comprising of main - T runner of size 24 mm x 38 mm of length 3 m, cross - T of size 24 mm x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 mm x 600 mm, Grid suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per square metre) i.e., 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diamter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. Galvanized iron perimiter wall angle of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre, 40 mm long dry wall stainless steel screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old false ceiling and grid. Note : Ceiling Tile shall be of 15 mm thick densified tegular edged light weight calcium silicate of Make Aerolite or techno commercial equivalent.

Supplying only liquid water proofing compound

Cutting of tree branches of girth not less than10 cm falling over the building roof top upto a height of 15m from ground floor and cleaning the roof surface viz., leaves, tree branches etc including removing of branches, leaves out of MD land all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of foliage on accessible / non accessible roof top upto six storeyed including mud cakes and cleaning rain water pipe inlets and outlets to ensure smooth flow of water through RWP without any stagnation, etc including proper arrangement of ladder, scaffolding if required and cleaning with water and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing vegetation growth / plants of any size at the junction of SWR pipe and wall, parapets up to roots and making good disturbed the surface in CM 1:3 up to height of 16 metres all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) , type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finsihed rough as in leveling course to receive flooring all as specified and directed.

S&F for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 sqm in vertical surfaces like skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick back coat in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm to 8mm in vertical surface as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with color of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motor 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite of 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators and in partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in cup board shutters / aluminium partions etc..complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.50 Sqm each in each pane all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Door closer, aluminium die cast body, hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width & of weight between 61 to 80 kg including taking down old door closer of any type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls etc brooming down with steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts trading etc & greasy spouts including concrete pilasters etc. and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling etc brooming down with steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts trading etc & greasy spouts etc. and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
