The system should support adding more parameters in future with minimal changes. AF should have a mechanism to proactively know when some equipment is not giving data / has errors without coming to site. User interface should be remotely accessible on internet, with secure login credentials. User interface should work on secure https. Communication between data gathering, and data storage should be over a secure encrypted channel. IIOT controller must have inbuild local control capability to operate in case of network unavailability. However, control logics must be configurable remotely. The user-interface should have minimum of following tabs (all dashboards, reports must be self-configurable without any scripting or OEM intervention): Dashboard -
Dismantling of Old unserviceable power back up system & Supply, testing, commissioning ripple free power supply unit with First Stage conversion: Power factor correction along with H.F. filter and input AC voltage rectification and conversion in high voltage DC. ii) Second Stage Conversion: Rectified high voltage DC is stored in capacitors. High voltage DC is then converted in to a very high frequency AC (20 KHz and higher). Conversion of high voltage DC to high frequency AC is achieved by means of very powerful and ultra-fast semiconductor switching devices. High frequency AC is stepped down to the required level by means of a small high frequency transformer with following specifications OUTPUT POWER FACTOR –O.8 LAG. OUTPUT FREQUENCY – 50 HZ+/-0.5% . WAVE FORM – 20 MILLI SEC PURE SINE WAVE . RESPONSE TRANSIENT - <8% ON 90% LOAD CREST FACTOR – 3:1 . DISPLAY – SUPPLY ON, BATTARY HIGH/LOW,OVERLOAD,OUTPUT HIGH/LOW,CHARGING ON, MAINS LOW/HIGH,BYEPASS,FAULT,OVERHEAT PROTECTION-OUTPUT OVERVOLTAGE,OUTPUT UNDER VOLTAGE,OVERLOAD,SHORT CIRCUIT OVERLOAD CAPACITY- 110%- 08 MIN, 125%- 90 SEC,150%- 45 SEC LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY- INPUT VOLTAGE/FREQUENCY.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE/FREQUENCY,LOAD%,CHARGING CURRENT, TRANSFER TIME/ SWITCHING TIME -0 MILLI SEC SWITCHING MODE – WITHOUT ANY SWITCHGEAR HUMIDITY – 5% T0 95% NON CONDENCED. Stepped down AC is rectified by ultra-high-speed diodes to DC of desired voltage and filtered by means of high frequency filters and pure DC voltage is stored in capacitors Make ABB/Schneider/Siemens approved by GE minimum ISO 9001:2015 Certified . Note :- The Entire work at site is to be executed only by OEM approved by GE. Original OEM is entitled for work . Contractor has to ensure it.Necessary test certificates to be approved by Engg-in-Charge first before execution at site .
Dismantling of old AC to DC converter any type existing at site and replacement with multiple output ports on line and replacing with new digital converter power supply unit switch mode power supply unit Voltage influence ≤0.5% / V Temperature influence: ≤0.01% / °C Ambient conditions Ambient temperature: -25 to +55°C Storage temperature: -25 to +70°C Transport temperature: -25 to +70°C Relative humidity: 15% to 85% Double Conversion On Line. • Continuous Voltage & Frequency Regulation • High Power Density • Wide Input Voltage Range • Input Supply voltage 360- 450 volts three phase input Frequency regulation range, AC input 47-55 Hz Supply voltage fail. bridging time at 100 % load 10 ms min. Max. deviation of output with static load change ± 2.5 % Max. deviation of output with dyn. load change 5 % (load change 10-90 %) Short-circuit protection overcurrent switch-off with automatic restart Overload protection overtemperature and overcurrent switch-off Reset after thermal overload switch-off disconnection of AC input voltage 30 s min. Standards Isolation testing 2.5 kV AC routine test, overvoltage category , degree of pollution Electromagnetic compatibility Input current harmonics no limitation Efficiency at nom. load approx. 79-84 % Indication of operational states green LED, output voltage OK Operating temperature 0 °C ... +55 °C Storage temperature -25 °C ... +75 °C . Original OEM is entitled for work . Contractor has to ensure it.Necessary test certificates to be approved by Engg-in-Charge first before execution at site .
Disconnecting of existing old battery bank set up User Replaceable, Batteries type SMF back up not less than 08 Hr at full load considering KW Output power a) Open circuit voltage b) Full load voltage c) Full load current d) Current Resolution e) Mode of operation 360V DC 40 A (Current should be adjustable from 0.1A to 40 A with resolution of 1A) 1 A Constant current (Independent of the load voltage) mode Cooling water temperature, water flow (if water cooling is used) b) Stack temperature c) Over voltage d) Over current e) Single phasing f) Emergency Off g) Panel door All Sensors’ NO/NC input will be provided by IPR for interlock purpose except overvoltage, over current, single phasing, emergency off and panel door interlocks. All functioning of these interlocks using dummy inputs of 0 to 5 V /NO /NC as applicable. The interlocks operation should be implemented using PLC (Programmable Logic Control) and HMI (Human Machine Interface). Calibration certificate of all sensors and meters in the power supply unit will have to be submitted along with the delivery of the power supply Original OEM is entitled for work . Contractor has to ensure it.Necessary test certificates to be approved by Engg-in-Charge first before execution at site .
Dismantling of old battery bank and S & F of in replacement of Battery Backup 360 Volts 42 AH system with relays AC & DC operatable with extra relaying schemes attached to the equipment including part of the network with their own relaying system. Equipped with backup relay’s to operate in any failure of tripping of circuit breaker due to main relays capable to sustain Mechanical defect of moving parts of the main relay, Failure of DC power supply to the relay, Failure of tripping pulse to the contactor/ MCCB from relay, Failure of current or voltage to the relay from existing circuits etc.Equipeed with another line of protection as back up relaying. essentially have everything separate from main relaying scheme. just because backup relay must not fail to operate in the event of failure of main relays. in spite disconnect main relays from the system for preventive maintenance or trouble shootings. Because of presence of backup relays, no interruption has to take place for any equipment or circuit. During this time back up protection scheme takes care of the protection of the system. As the back relaying is second line of protection it must be slow in action than main relay so that it can only be operated when the main relaying scheme of the system/equipment fails. Make SIEMENS/ABB/ Exide . Original OEM is entitled for work . Contractor has to ensure it.Necessary test certificates to be approved by Engg-in-Charge first before execution at site .
