Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any height including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm(three hundred millimetre) below the sub grade level, watered graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per technical specification clause 303.5.2 as per drawing and HP.PWD., technical specification clause 303.5.2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty Millimeter) nominal size in or under wateror ground complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter lockingpaver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. 80 mm thick ISI mark C.C. paver block of M-40 grade with approved color design and patternincluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type structure complete in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..NOTE: 1) All Type of material shall be arranged by the contractor vide Notification by Additional Secy.to the Govt. of HP vide letter No.PBW(B)©(17)2/0212 dated 7.8.2018 2) The rates shall be inclusing of all types of taxes including GST etctra) 3) The bidder are requested to submit their bid as per notification issued by the Principal Secy.PW to the Govt.of HP vide letter No.PBW(B) A(3)1/2020 dated 22.7.2020 & Govt. of HP vide letter No.PBW(B) A(3) 1/2020-1 dated 7.10.2021
