REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, CABLES JOINTING WORKS AND OTHER MISC WORKS OF E/M INSTALLATION AT RA, GUNJKHEDA AND CMPH AREA UNDER GE PULGAON

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down HT/LT ACSR Coductor from HT/LT poles by opening all nut, bolts Making coils of ACSR Coductor Bracket and all type of insulator. Note : Taking down all street lights with brackets from pole carefully before taking down ACSR conductor from pole to avoid damage of street lights and refixing the same on proper height as directed by EIC,the Laying of UG cable are consider against removal of ACSR conductor and measure accordingly.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size

Excavation in trenches by mechnical/Mannual means not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed by EIC..

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and as directed EIC.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed EIC.

Supply and fixing of 50 mm dia Double Wall Corrugated High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, conforming to IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, complete as required.The pipe shall be laid in trenches/floors or fixed along walls/poles for protection of electrical cables, including providing and fixing of necessary fittings such as bends, couplers, sockets, end caps and other accessories.The work includes cutting, jointing, proper alignment and installation, ensuring smooth passage and mechanical protection of cables, the HDPE pipe shall be double wall (outer corrugated and inner smooth), heavy duty, suitable for underground cable protection, and shall have adequate ring stiffness and impact resistance for road crossing and buried applications. All joints shall be properly sealed to prevent ingress of water and dust.complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

All as above item No 8 but size of HDPE pipe size 90 mm diameter

Supply, laying and testing LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of size 16 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item.
