Providing and fixing chainlink fencing with C.C. bed foundation besides the existing collapsed compound wall and repairs to Main Gate by removing and refixing including demolishing of RCC column and recasting the same at Sanchar Bhavan Nizamabad BA

Amount

1) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

2) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a). All kinds of soil.

3). Filling with available (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

4) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

5) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

6) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

7) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

8) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

9) Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

10) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a) Two or more coats on new work

11) Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

12) Carting of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading at the approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

13) Removing and refixing of M.S. gate made of MS tubular pipes and square bars including fixind the same in line and plumb with the use of holdfasts in RCC columns etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Size of gate 4.00m X 1.80m)
